I haven't slept like that in 2 weeks! Fantastic stay!

Pros: Apart from the fact that the street and area in Rome has a proper character, the courtyard and the building is beautifully styled. For the price I have paid, the location, room and bathroom exceeded my expectations. Large and open bath with everything needed to relax. I haven't slept like that in weeks since being on holiday, the staff was very helpful and fully accommodating, and the room and bathroom felt like a home. Character, peace and a natural feel of rest. I was not expecting this when booking 1 night in Rome, and now I know where to come and stay, when I visit Rome again. The entire place, location, character and comfort levels made me look forward to coming back to sleep and rest. The area is beautiful, quiet and easy access to the city, local restaurants, shops and metro. Very enjoyable stay! Thank you, Guest Heaven really lives up to the name!

Great place for a few days

Pros: Host was responsive and communicated well our check in instructions. The room was lovely and spacious, we liked the complimentary tea and coffee and use of coffee machine. Located a bit outside of town in a charming area with metro and busses nearby.

Cons: Sadly we couldn't use the stove. Otherwise, very good stay.

Pros: The guy working there was super friendly. The room was fine and cozy, the air conditioning worked really well. The location is fine because there are pleny bus stops nearby.

Cons: There was no hand soap, there was shampoo/shower gel but not enough for the whole stay. The water pressure was not the best.

Pros: We really liked the room, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location was ideal for us, as it was neither into the buzz of the center of Rome nor far (approximately 20 - 30 minutes). The neighbourhood really quiet and safe.
