Spacious and Comfortable Apartment in Rome
Pros: The apartment is very spacious, clean, and fully equipped. There’s everything needed for cooking, a large TV, a comfortable dining area, and even a bar counter. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained. Overall, it felt very comfortable and home-like.
Cons: In the morning there was enough hot water only for one person — we couldn’t wait for it to heat up again as we had to check out quickly. Parking is limited on the narrow street, though we managed to find a spot right near the house

Absolutely great summer vacation, enjoyed it 100%.
Pros: No breakfast was offered however the property had coffee maker, pots & pans, rusk bread biscuits, all types of tea bags mugs, glasses, forks, knifes & spoons which I appreciated. We had a mini fridge we had 2 ACs so the place was cool, we also had a smart TV & Wifi, the owner provided a driver for a fee which was comfortable & easy to get to her property. In short we had privacy, the area was near metro, restaurants & groceries. & a laundromat too.
Cons: We needed bedding change although we were ok with it, we were out most of the time . The place was worth every penny & I recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable safe quiet place with all the Italian city life.Abs

Pros: Alessandra was very professional, helpful and provided all information needed before and during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. The location is nice and in a quiet neighbourhood. The parking is small and inconvenient!

Cozy and comfortable
Pros: Great accommodation place with a good location. We had everything we needed. Metro station is nearby. Stores, restaurants and cafes as well. Definitely contributed to the great experience we had in Rome and we recommend.

Charming patio
Pros: Charmimg place with spacious private patio Semi convenient location within relative proximity of metro (take any bus up the hill one stop for easier access). Local neighborhood (Prima Valle) is not tourisry and provides for a more authentic local atmosphere.
Cons: Would have preferred a later check-out option (noon). Other guests/rennovation in close proximity.

Very practical for Rome
Pros: Nice apartment and good communication to get there. Perfect to park the car and leave it during our visit. Very practical for public transport - 5 minutes to a bus and 7 to the metro. It is not uphill, it's an easy walk. AC only in 1 room, but it cooled the apartment. Clean, quiet and practical. Bonus: fruit and snacks to munch for breakfast. And we were able to leave our car longer.
Cons: One bedroom didn't have a door (the one with the AC), which might be a problem if you are not family members. For us it was fine.

Convenient, good traffic with the center of Rome, as the apartment is at the end of the metro line
Pros: I chose this apartment because of its location. At the end of the metro line. If you are traveling by car, it is very convenient to leave the car in the yard of the apartment and take the subway to the busy city center. Don't try to go to the center of Rome by car. That would be madness. The main recommendation - if it is necessary to leave the car in the yard of the apartment, you MUST tell the hostess directly in advance. There are several apartments for rent in the house, but only one place for the car and it must be reserved very early. The hostess is great! Very helpful. Provides all information about sights and shops, about the use of the apartment.

Pros: The interaction with the host was excellent, Alessandra was very nice and helpful. The complementary sweets, savory and fruits were a nice surprise. The apartment was confortable, the area is very quiet. 10 min away from the Battistini metro station.
Cons: Cleaning could be better, especially regarding the windows and the small garden/ garden furniture. There is a bad smell coming from the sewage system in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The towels seem to have been used for years and need to be renewed. Cleaning service every 2-3 days could be considered.

Great location, nice appartment and super host.
Pros: Located in a pleasant, safe area with good links to the centre of Rome. 10 minute walk gets you to the metro.Alessandra was a wonderful host.
Cons: Could have done with somewhere to hang clothes up, but generally very nice.
