Mazzoni Suite

Our first impressions were WOW. Apartment is beautiful and our stay was comfortable.

Pros: We were met by Valerio and were shown around the Accomodation. The property seemed newly renovated, It was light bright and clean. Kitchen supplied with all conveniences, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine and more. Big comfortable bed. great outdoor patio.

Cons: Four flights of stairs with no lift. Very small shower recess.

Hard to find a place with a better price/quality ratio in Rome!

Pros: The location is a good deal, being just in front of the bus stop to city center and not too far from the closest metro stop. The host was extremely kind, waiting for us as we were in delay due to traffic. The free parking slot inside is a very good plus. The place is little but cozy, with a balcony and a big and nice terrace with a table and a sofa, with an iconic Rome pine in front. The sunset from there is absolutely worth the price!!!

Cons: You can tell it's an old house with some touches of modernity, so it still needs some work to be done, but it's a very nice place. No elevator and third floor might be annoying for someone, but that wasn't a big deal for me. The spray air freshner was a bit too pushy, but I think it was to cover the smell of old. I would also have appreciated more coffee capsules, there were not enough for us. All in all, just some minor details!

Valerio is very nice, friendly, helpful, but not intrusive. We recommend this great accommodation.

Pros: This suit is a comfortable flat nier to Battistini metro station. Quiet, very clean, spacious and safe. The kitchen is completely renovated, practical. The terrace is wonderful, huge, the view is stunning.

Cons: 2 separate duvets would be better instead of 1 large. The shower is tiny, but that's not uncommon in Rome. We did not have a problem with it.

So happy to have a great holiday at Mazzoni Suite.

Pros: The location is great, near Metro, many transportation with buses. As I enter the apartment, I feel so homey, very clean. Nice balcony with many plants. Valerio prepares everything, include first aid kit and he is very helpful. I was amazed by the paintings and the decoration….. and the old writing table….. wow….. The only thing that doesn‘t fit me is the shower….

Pros: La struttura è confortevole, pulita, in una buona posizione, abbastanza vicino alla metro e con una fermata appena fuori dalla porta. Punto bonus per la gestione della prenotazione e del soggiorno da parte di Valerio, persona molto disponibile!

Laikome labai patenkinti.

Pros: Patiko meniškas buto interjeras. Švaru, jauku. Erdvi terasa ant stogo, su gražiu vaizdu. Virtuvėje visi būtini indai ko tik gali prireikti gaminantis maistą. Viskas atitiko tai, kaip skelbia savininkas. Iki metro 7 min, prie pat namų autobusų stotelė. Kavinės, parduotuvės toje pačioje gatvėje. Kondicionierius, indaplovė, skalbimo mašina, TV . Maloniai bendraujantis šeimininkas.

Pros: Bushaltestelle war vor der Tür, zur metro war es auch nicht weit. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.😀

Cons: Nichts zur beanstanden.
