Pros: Well appointed apartment, very clean, had everything we needed. We chose this holiday apartment due to its proximity to the hospital, but it would also be great as a place to stay if you wanted to be in Rome but away from the craziness. Very easy to catch the number 32 bus ( 10 min walk from the apartment) and then an easy ride to Ottoviano metro ( near the Vatican).
