Amazing place, very clean, great location, friendly and very helpful owners

Pros: We was very happy in Moderno Bilocale Con Terrazzo ! Amazing place ! Very beautiful apartment with good taste. The apartment was very clean and we had a beautiful view from the balcony to the garden, great quiet neighbourhood. Great location- very close on foot to two supermarkets, restaurants and buses. The owners of the apartment Andrew and his wife Andrea are very friendly. Great contact with them, they were very helpful ! We will definitely go back there again in the future! Grazie mille per tutto Beata & family

Lovely apartment and good communication from the host

Pros: Very close to the stadium and the apartment was clean and looked like the photos. Great how there was a receptionist and great communication from the host.

Wonderful stay. Great apartment and responsive host.

Pros: Great apartment. Lovely balcony and loved the area. Very comfy bed. Nice space.

Cons: The property was wonderful and a great host. Very response. The only think I would suggest was to have a couple of bottles of mineral water in the fridge as we arrived from the airport and were parched.

Pros: Appartamento molto delizioso,pulito e accogliente, sembra di stare a casa propria. La comunicazione con Andrea è stata immediata,cortesia e disponibilità.Vicinissimo alla Caserma dei Carabinieri dove si eseguono i concorsi.Vicino a supermercati ,bar e ristoranti, praticamente la macchina non serve, molto apprezzato il parcheggio,e il terrazzo è un must in più.Sara' il mio punto di riferimento quando ritorneremo a Roma.Consigliatissimo.Grazie Andrea

Pros: Bell'appartamento con terrazzo, recentemente ristrutturato molto accogliente e pulito, completo di tutto. Proprietario disponibile e gentile.Custode 24/24 h nel condominio. Posto auto assegnato con cancello e sbarra in cortile interno direttamente collegato alla residenza.

Cons: Mancano le tende alle finestre unico particolare che non ho gradito

Pros: LA posizione rispetto la clinica dove dovevo andare e la vicinanza ai ristoranti. Il terrazzino è sicuramente un plus che permette di rilassarsi all'aria aperta

Cons: Ho trovato le stovigli con qualche difetto, nulla di trascendentale ma ho dovuto rilavarle

Pros: Teoretycznie wszystko bez zarzutu -czysto , wygodnie, lokalizacja super, w pobliżu restauracje, sklepy i blisko przystanek autobusowy, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Jednak w mojej ocenie mieszkanie ma surowy klimat, puste półki w pokoju, żadnych dodatków , co powoduje efekt echa jak się rozmawia.
