Linetta Charme House

Pros: The cleanliness, attention to detail, everything you would want in a home from home. Placed within 5 mins of the Vatican museums, lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

Cons: A miner issue with the boiler not supplying hot water, but was repaired within a few hours.

Pros: We loved it here! A super apartment in a brilliant location. Air con works well. TVs in all rooms and a washing machine and dishwasher. It really has everything you need and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a little oasis just beside the Vatican. Would definitely come back.

Cons: There were no duvet covers but the sheets did the job. It does have a lift to access but it is a very small lift. We were fine as all quite able for the steps (3rd floor up, 3 short flights per floor) and we did a bit of coordinating to get the luggage up and down, but if you have mobility issues I would sadly say this one albeit not inaccessible, will however require a bit of effort in and out of the lift.

Pros: Great apartment in a great location . 3 big comfortable bedrooms ideal for a family stay. Nice and close to Mercato Trionfale, the Vatican and good local restaurants. Highly recommend

Perfect location to stay with the family of 5.

Pros: Everything was almost perfect. No unpleasant surprises. Apartment is very fresh and clean and looks exactly like on pictures. Very beautiful entrance with the garden. Located on 3rd floor but there is an elevator. There is AC in every room but the temp was very good without turning them on even in very hot days. Location is near Vatican and 4 mins from metro. You can find some parking near apartment or in the large parking lot near Cipro metro station. Marketplaces nearby. Restaurants couple of blocks away. Quiet location during night time. You have everything you need to live there for many days with your family. Owner was very nice and friendly. Explained everything. Thank you!

Cons: Some minor things not worth even mentioning them. Quite poor sound isolation from entrance door and ceiling. We were lucky not to have loud neighbors but it could’ve been worse. Unfortunately there is not much owner can do. This is the way how the house was built. Sent to owner some minor improvements which she have warmly received.

Perfect for family stay

Pros: The apartment was newly renovated, everything was new. The rooms are so spacious, and the area is centralized but still quiet.

Molt profitosa i còmoda

Cons: No hi ha una sala d’estar.

An absolutely perfect home base for Roman adventures!

Pros: The property is large and beautifully renovated and has a lovely vibe! It’s extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked! The apartment doesn’t have a soft sitting room area, but the bedrooms are very large and beautifully styled. There are televisions in every room, our family of 5 made the space work well…especially after long days seeing the sights! The staff are extremely helpful and very attentive!

Cons: If I had to be picky, I’d suggest a sofa bed in one of the rooms so guests have the option of a shared lounging space, but again, we made it work and we were extremely comfortable. Oh, and the wine glasses are small if you plan on enjoying the beautiful Italian wines, you’ll have to pour a few times 🤣

Parfait

Pros: Apparemment identique à la description et aux photos. Bien situé à 5 min à pieds du musée de Vatican. La personne qui est en charge de l’appartement est très réactive, tout était au top merci beaucoup

Cons: Petite difficulté avec la douche il faut faire attention de ne pas mettre de l’eau à l’extérieur

Très bien.

Pros: La personne qui nous a accueilli était fort sympathique et a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. L'appartement est très spacieux et se trouve dans une résidence magnifique et bien entretenue. Il est aussi situé dans un quartier sur avec un arret de bus à deux pas de l'appartement + arrêt de métro à quelques minutes à pieds. L'appartement est très beau, bien décoré et bien aménagé.

Cons: L'appartement était très bien vraiment rien à dire mais certains produits n'étaient pas en quantité suffisante notamment le papier toilette et la lessive, surtout quand on est nombreux avec des enfants.
