Perfectly located and comfortable apartments

Pros: Lovely apartments, perhaps the best we have stayed in in Italy so far. Gianluca is a wonderful host, he explained everything to us and took care of our needs. The room has a very good bed. It has an orthopaedic mattress and pillows that mould to the shape of your body, making it very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and glossy. Perfectly located - just steps from the underground station Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano and the bus stop for the city center and the railway station. We found it more convenient to travel by bus. You can make tea (we liked the orange one :-)) or coffee in the communal area. Excellent Wi-Fi, even two routers. Thank you for everything and we wish Gianluca all the best in his future endeavours!

Pros: Clean and comfy room for a great value! The manager Gianluca is excellent and helped us with whatever we needed. The location is right next to a metro station so you can get to Rome attractions very easily

Cons: The guest bed was not super comfy. But the king size bed is wonderful

Perfect for couples to sightseeing the Rome!

Pros: Perfect location - super near the metro/bus station Near bakery, mini grocery shop, cafe bar, restaurant Great bed and pillows Fresh towels Quiet and private place, (when closed window blinds - no sounds from street) Basic kitchen bar in a shared room (cofee, tea, plates) Very kind housekeeper (helps with many things - thank you again)

Cons: Some corners and shower head in the shower could be little bit better, otherwise very clean ;) (I understand the problem with highly mineralized water in the Rome)

Pros: A nice place to rest and enjoy yourself. The housekeeper was very kind and willing to help us. I recommend it!

Pros: Lokacija zraven metro postaje, udobne postelje, zelo odziven lastnik.

Cons: Zajtrk pomeni rogljiček + kava. Drugega ni.

Pros: Perfektes Dreibettzimmer für unseren Kurztrip nach Rom. Gute Lage, schönes Viertel, sehr netter Vermieter, der uns auch gute Tipps gegeben hat! Italienisches Frühstück in der Bar gegenüber war im Preis inbegriffen und sehr gut! Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: leider nur am Samstag möglich, da Sonntag und Montag geschlossen. Dafür gabs Säfte und abgepackte kleine Kuchen und Knabbereien im Zimmer. Außerdem gabs weitere günstige Bars ganz in der Nähe.

Pros: Geniale Lage, sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Perfekte Anbindung an Metro und Bus

Lindos días en la Eritrea Suite

Pros: Estaba muy limpio todo y el anfitrión fue muy atento al encontrarnos cuando llegamos, desde el momento en que le hablé para hacer consultas siempre fue amable y me respondió rápidamente. Está muy cerca del metro y el barrio es muy bonito también.

Pros: It is close to a metro station, the rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast \

Cons: When we arrived we were presented with a very big list of breakfast options, but actually we could only choose from two different ones, or at least that is what the people at the restaurant told us, even though we arrived there early. On the second day our towels were changed and we found a handwritten note in the room saying that smoking is not allowed, even though we absolutely did not smoke in the room, and that was very weird. Also, the building is old and has mold in a lot of places, even tough the property is clean and looks new (the property is actually built inside an apartment in the building). In addition, the pillows are horrible, we all left with neck pains.

sauberes Zimmer, gute Anbindung und sehr freundliches Personal

Pros: Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das zimmer war sauber. Preis-Leistung war super und wir waren mit der Metro schnell in der Stadt. Frühstück war in einem kleinen Cafe neben dran- der Cappuccino war köstlich und es gab eine kleine Süßigkeit, die gut geschmeckt hat.

Cons: Das Zimmer war an der Straße und etwas laut zum schlafen (man hat die Autos gehört). Außerdem war es hellhörig- man hat die Nachbar-Appartments gehört. Aber ich würde es trotzdem empfehlen und bin zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. :)
