Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: Comfy, spacious room in a quiet area with cheap cafes and restaurants surrounding and so easy to get a bus into the city centre. Also accommodated to our late night flight with a late check out which was very helpful

Pros: Beautiful room in a strategic position! Giorgio is a great host, check in was super easy. The place is near bus and metro and you have bars and restaurants just around the corner, also a bar down the building. Super!

Pros: The room is very clean and comfortable. The location seems safe and it's not that far away from the city centre.

Pros: Clean and big room, with a big common area and balcony. The owner was very nice and chill

Definitely recommend the place. I would stay here if I were travelling to Rome again.

Pros: This is a great place to stay in Rome. The owners are very nice people and always eager to help. The atmosphere of the appartement is warm and “italian”, no standard hotels would provide you this. The location is also good, easily accessible by various public transport.

Cons: It was quite noisy in the room because of the road outside.

Pros: O quarto é muito espaçoso e confortável, a localização fica uns 15 minutos do metro, mas nada que comprometa, tem restaurantes muito bons proximo, voltaria vom certeza

Cons: O banheiro a água demora para esquentar e o ralo estava entupido no primeiro dia

Pros: The morning. Was very prompt with all our requests. The community bath room was kept very clean. I would book again

The host was Great.

Pros: Giorgio was great and friendly. Transportation on the subway, bus, and taxi was supper easy once you figure it out. There are bus stops very close by. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were amazing!

Cons: The lighting was very dim. Not a very bright space when trying to get ready. This was my first time staying somewhere were I had to share a common area and bathroom and I don't think I will book a place like that again. When we first got there there was another couple staying that was so nice and friendly but half way through our stay there were new guest in one of the other rooms that came of the common area. They locked the common area at night because of this we couldn't access the fridge. When we asked them politely not to the were rude. While my husband was in the shower they pounded on the bathroom do but said no words. I know this was not Giorgio's fault and we did not complain to him because we only had 2 nights left.

Ambiente silencioso e aconchegante

Pros: O lugar é exatamente igual como nas fotos, check-in e check-out bem tranquilo. A cama é excelente e muito confortável, quarto bem aquecido, tudo muito bem limpo, e chuveiro bem quente, gostei da vista da janela, lugar silencioso, gostei que tinha itens como micro-ondas e geladeira.

Cons: Senti falta de sabonete para lavar as mãos no banheiro, não recebi shampoo o suficiente para a quantidade de dias que fiquei. Senti falta de um bebedouro, ou água que esteja a vontade para consumo.

Pros: У нас був ранній приліт, власник заселив нас о 10:00 що було дуже зручно. Хороше місце розташування. Велика кімната де можна поснідати, хороший балкон де можна ввечері провести час на свіжому повітрі.

Cons: У кімнаті було брудно, меблі потребують хімчистки, халат і тапочки потрібно везти з собою.
