Pros: Everything was perfect! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidied up every day. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. Fresh towels were provided, and there were mini fridges both in the shared kitchen and in the room. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

I recommend, will go again !

Pros: the place was spotless spacious, the host was very nice and available. everything seems new in the room. less than 10 min from the metro bologna.

Cons: when other guests enter, the entry door makes a lot of noise when it closes. And the noise from the common coffee machine is reverberated in the room.

Cosy hotel inside of a living building

Pros: It’s a hotel inside a living building. The room was nicely decorated and new, the bathroom and the room were very clean, everyday they would clean it up for us and give us fresh towels. In the hallway, they had coffee machine and tea for free. The room included a small fridge. Overall, it was spacious, clean and new. The check in went easily since they work with codes, therefore, we only spoke to the staff via the phone and not in person. They were easy in contact and very polite.

Cons: The location is quite far from the city center, about an hour walking or 15 minutes walking to the metro and then a few stations to the center.

Pros: The host, Fabio, was lovely and welcoming. He even gave me a business card and said to call whenever I needed anything. The room was beautiful and clean, the ensuite was great too. There was even a mini fridge in the room. There was a great communal kitchen for the hotel rooms, which is ideal for people looking to save money and cook their own meals. Would definitely recommend and if I ever come back to Rome, I will choose to stay here again.

Pros: Very kind staff, ready to help. Very nice residential neighbourhood, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Excellent espresso machine available in the entrance hall. Reasonable walking distance from Bologna metro station.

Cons: Room was on ground floor.

Pros: Great location, comfiest of beds, lovely host and sparkling clean.

Cons: Internet signal could be better.

Pros: Fabio was an outstanding host and the room clean and comfortable. Also the cleaning staff did an excellent job.

Pros: I have to say only positives for our stay in Rome. Room, bathroom or entrance hall (kitchen) was very clean and nicely set up. All looks very new and comfy. Croissants for breakfast was also very tasty. Due to our early morning flight back home we were very happy that Fabio booked a taxi for us with which we could be sure it will come in this early hour. Flat is also just 10 minutes walk to the stop of tube and this metro line is directly to Colosseum (aprox. 10 min way). I would recommend this accommodation to all again.

Pros: Communication was excellent with the property. The checkin instructions were easy to follow. Very modern and updated. Bathroom was almost the same size my own so didnt feel cramped.

Pros: Everything was great, more than we expected. Fabio was an amazing host,helping with everything, starting with the check in and after with all information and little things to make our time there something to remember. Thank you Fabio for everything and i have to mention the tasty breakfast 👍 The room is better than in the pictures,confortabile bed,large bathroom ( not common) inside the apartment, kitchen with all you need, free coffee and drinking water. It is situated close to the subway and bus station in a quiet place with restaurants just around the corner. We used the subway more than buses and that because it take only 15 minutes to the center of Rome. We enjoyed every moment at Ventury confort and in Rome. Thank you very much Fabio, definitely we will meet again 👍
