Overall I liked everything, I recommend it

Pros: The apartment was overall great and comfortable! Fantastic location. Flavio was very welcoming, helped with the luggage, and answered all our questions. There was a welcome bottle of wine and some cookies, which was a lovely touch. The bed and pillows were comfy, and the little balcony was a nice bonus. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there.

Cons: Although the street is generally quiet, it can get quite noisy — there’s a jazz bar nearby, so on Fridays and Saturdays there’s music and lively crowds. Also, garbage collection happens around 5 a.m. Earplugs saved me! One small suggestion: the kettle and coffee machine could use some descaling, and overall cleanliness could be slightly improved.

Pros: Idealne miejsce do zwiedzenia najistotniejszych punktów Rzymu na pieszo. Widok z balkonu na ulicę prowadzącą bezpośrednio do Hiszpańskich Schodów. Apartament bardzo przytulny, świetna sypialnia na antresoli.

Cons: Z lodówki nie korzystaliśmy, bo śmierdziało z niej jak z murzyńskiej chaty. Wyrzucało korki. Ciężko stwierdzić od czego. Raz od suszarki, raz od czajnika... Kołdra nie była powleczona w poszwę, tylko leżała między dwoma prześcieradłami...

Pros: amazing location. right at the centre. pretty much all the places are walking distance from te apartment. spanish steps 2 mins walk. trevi 5 mins walk. pantheon 10 mins walk. the supermarket is 2 min walk. spagna metro station on line a is 4 min walk away. lots of restaurants and shops nearby. very lively location. nice balcony with street views. well equipped kitchen. lots of room for storage.
