Amazing stay in the perfect location to see Rome with our young family, comfortable and spacious.

Pros: Our lovely host contacted us in advance to ensure she was available and ready to meet us with the keys and guide us to the apartment.

Cons: Nothing!

Elegance in central Rome.

Pros: Lots of space. Owner kindly left free biscuits, snacks, coffee capsules and coffee machine. Beautiful central street. Very close to Spagna metro (but use the hidden exit accessed by lift inside the station). Totally private apartment. Only one floor of steps to walk up. Friendly, sophisticated owner - Sabina. Intricate and artistic wooden ceilings. Stylish furniture. Host allowed early bag drop off before check in. Good washing machine.

Cons: A little bit of street noise but then it is the centre of a busy city.

Pros: DOMVS SPAGNA Via Gregoriana was an absolute gem—made even more special by the wonderful hosts who warmly welcomed us despite our delayed arrival from the airport. They were incredibly thoughtful, especially with our children, offering snacks and even providing milk and biscuits to help them settle in after the long journey. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a washing machine which was a huge plus for our family. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and shared helpful local tips which were very useful. A truly delightful experience from start to finish.

Cons: Nothing to note.

Pros: location is perfect the place is aquiped with all needed for a femily

Cons: no place to store the bags if there is a late flight the owner allowed us to stay two more hours but then they needed the place for the next one. we had 6 ours with the bags and the solusion is very expansive with 36 dollars per bag for 6 ours

Stunning place, super helpful/ accomodating hosts, easy check in, secure building, great location

Pros: The hosts were so helpful, accomodating and trusted worthy from the time we got out of the taxi all the way to the end of the our trip in Rome. The time that they spent giving us a run down of great places to eat and drink and things to be mindful of when out in Town. The place itself was stunning with plenty of room for 6 adults to comfortably live in without being in everyone’s space. The building was very secure. The location was awesome as it was in walking distance for a lot of tourists attractions, shopping strips and food restaurants.

Cons: Nothing. I would highly recommend this to others and would definitely come back

Pros: Perfect location. Accomodation was nice and very clean. We had a late arrival, but they were waiting for us with the keys with even some prepared sandwiches. We got a very clear information about the appartment, and could leave the luggage untill we left. We certainly would recommend the appartment!

Overall the say was very good, we enjoyed it a lot and made our experience in Rome a very special one!

Great stay in the heart of Rome!

Pros: Mariano is a wonderful host and his flat is exceptional. Located in a great location, just a few steps from the Piazza di Spagna but in a quiet street. Very tastefully furnished. Super, superclean. Very well equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended!

Awesome apartment with a great host in an amazing location !

Pros: The apartment was presented immaculately by Mariano. He was a pleasure to deal with - met us onsite with keys and to run thru the property and was happy to be messaged for any questions we had on Rome ! Apartment is in a fantastic area so close to top of the Spanish steps and everything felt within walking distance. Highly recommend this apartment !
