Fantastic stay - great apartment - 2 minute walk to Spanish steps - 5 minute walk to trevi fountain.

Great property in a good location

Pros: Great location with good sized rooms. I really loved the artwork throughout the house. Sherwin was amazingly helpful

Cons: The lights weee automatic in my room and would sometimes go off when I was in the shower but other than that no complaints

Excellent apartment

Pros: Very chic apartment in a quiet building. Spotlessly clean. Just a few minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna. Well equipped kitchen but with plenty of breakfast places next door. Mirko is a great host.

Cons: Difficult to control the temperature in the shower in one of the rooms.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment, having large bedrooms and ensuite in each. Very well decorated and placed in an excellent location. The host is very accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked.

Cons: Lack of kitchen towels to dry pots and pans. Coffee pods supplied did not fit Nespresso machine. Otherwise none at all and definitely recommended.

Pros: La pozione è perfetta a due passi da tutto, consiglio questo appartamento moderno e soprattutto PULITISSIMO di tutto. Completo di tutto anche di macchinetta per il caffè con il caffè, fon e addirittura anche il ferro da stiro

Cons: Il fatto che non ci fosse neanche una finestra, è bruttino e il fatto dell'acqua calda che usciva dopo tanto tempo. Per il resto top

Lovely

Pros: This property was near the Spanish Steps and we were easily able to get to everything we wanted to get to in Rome. The subway was only a 10 minute walk through the Spanish Plaza. The rooms were very spacious and air conditioned and it was beautiful decorated with various pieces of art work. The usable kitchen with dishes and cookware was also nice to have available.

Cons: We had to go buy many of the basic toiletries and dish soap from the grocery down the street. There was some stuff left from previous tenants that we were able to use. It could do with a thorough cleaning as there was mold in the bathroom and the bathroom vent was caked in dust.
