Excellent location, great host, cosy place

Pros: Great little apartment, convenietly equipped. Everything is new and impeccable clean. The location is excellent, I would gladly stay in this neigbourhood again. It is located only 250 m from metro station Cavour and Colloseum is also very close. Host is great, very friendly, polite and responsive, he provided us some useful information we needed. He also provided house wine, very nice gesture, which just made our stay more pleasant. Very nice and cosy stay. Thanks for being our host

Very pleasant and clean

Pros: The location was perfect for us. It was very clean and the host was so helpful. I had the codes for the room in my phone but I run out of battery, I sent a SMS to the host a message from my friend's phone in order him to give us again the codes to enter in and fortunately he replied fast so we enter.

Una estancia estupenda

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro pero sin ruidos ni agobios de gente. El apartamento está muy limpio y dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia estupenda. Emiliano es un gran anfitrión y nos dió la posibilidad de dejar las maletas el último dia sin problema.

Cons: No hubo nada que no me gustara.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta y en general el alojamiento esta muy bien!!

Cons: El baño tenía poca ventilación, hay una ventana pequeñita y es insuficiente, como sugerencia un extractor sería perfecto para que no huela a humedad.

We had a great experience. The host was very helpful with questions of the area and apartment.

Pros: I liked that it was close to everything…it was walking distance to all major tourist areas. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Apartment was clean and updated…small but perfect for my husband and I since we basically went to sleep once we returned from our day!

Cons: Attempted to use the stove top but was unsuccessful.

Consigliato sia per la qualità dell’appartamento che per la posizione geografica

Pros: Struttura confortevole, molto curata nell’arredamento e nella pulizia. Situata in prossimità della stazione Metro Cavour che consente il collegamento a tutte le zone di interesse e a pochi passi dal Colosseo e via dei Fori imperiali. Il sig. Emiliano si è dimostrato molto ospitale e aperto a tutte le nostre richieste. Vivamente consigliato sia per la qualità dell’appartamento che per la posizione geografica.

Pros: Szép,modern lakás, kênyelmes àgy. Csöndes, szép környêk.

Cons: A konyhàból egy két dolog hiànyzott, szivacs, konyharuha, papírtörlő. Kicsit sötét a lakàs, egy ablak van,ami egy belső udvarra néz, ami szintén sötét.

Pros: Es un apartamento que ofrece mucha privacidad es muy limpio y cómodo, tiene un baño enorme, en la cocina encontrarás todo lo necesario para preparar cualquier comida, queda muy cerca al \
