Large apartment in fantastic location and friendly staff.

Pros: The location is 10/10! 5 minute walk down the street and you’re at the Spanish steps and metro. The staff are super friendly. Beds really comfy & shower is really good. They also provided 4 large bottles of water in fridge which was appreciated.

Cons: The layout is strange. Straight into a room with a dining table then onto bedroom ( sofa bed ) then through to next bedroom, then hall with a fridge then small kitchen & bathroom. It was quite noisy at night / early morning which we expected due to location. The lift is absolutely tiny, probably smallest I’ve ever been in. We chose to use the stairs after 2 uses.

Best location and comfortable stay

Pros: Location was incredible! Very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Alberto was very welcoming and helpful!

Cons: Bit noisy at night outside but it’s central Rome so totally expected!

Perfecto!

Pros: Fantastic location. Spotlessly clean. Alberto was the perfect host, we can’t praise him enough! 😀 If you need somewhere to stay in Rome, walkable to all the main places of interest, designer shops on your doorstep, this is the place to stay! We will be back!
