Pros: Agusto was a very good host. Very intentional and helpful The place itself was neat and clean

Cons: The shower area could be cleaner though. Some bleach applied to the floor would do the trick

Pros: Everything was by the schedule, the rooms are safe, the owner is always availabile on the phone. Room is clean, big enough, kitchen is nice and has everything for cooking.

Pros: Breakfast not included however the property offer access to the communcal kitchen

Cons: Appreciate if the towels were changed everyday and the room was cleaned.

Pros: Ground floor. Very clean room, comfortable bed. View to the garden. 5 min walk to grocery store, restaurants, bus stop etc.

Cons: 15 min Walk to metro station. Away from Vatican or more touristy part of the town. Some will prefer though.

A nice base for exploring Rome. Good value for the price.

Pros: Excellent communication with the host, who was very helpful and provided clear instructions, including a video guide, on how to access the room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and both the wardrobe and bathroom were spacious. A welcome set of towels and slippers was a useful touch. Great location for those who enjoy walking—around 40 minutes to the Vatican and another 20–30 minutes to the city centre. A taxi back to the accommodation costs approximately €25–30.

Cons: Overall, it was peaceful and quiet at night. Occasionally, some noise from the upstairs neighbours could be heard, but that's likely beyond the owner's control.

Pros: Czysty i wygodny pokój. Kuchnia działająca i z wyposażeniem. Łazienka w pokoju czysta i są dostępne produkty pod prysznic. Wynajmujący bardzo pomocny, odpowiedział na wszystkie moje pytania więc bardzo polecam.

Cons: Jedyna rzecz jest taka że jakbym była sama to czułabym się niebezpiecznie jeśli chodzi o okolice.
