Excellent, near the city center.
Pros: Everything was great. The accomodation is in a very good location, we were walking everywhere. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. There is one bedroom, but if you are traveling as a group of 3 there is a sofa in the living room/ kitchen. The host is really nice and helpful.
Cons: I think in the apartment was a bit cold. One day it was raining and it was a tough task to dry the coats itself. We had to use a heater. There are also a stair in the bedroom, I think it will be a good idea to put a bed up there.

Good price-quality stay in the city center
Pros: The apartment is on the ground floor, so no elevator needed to go up and down. The location is very good 👍🏻 10-15min walk from Coliseum and Termini Station. There are nice places for breakfast in 5min from the appartement. It’s equipped with all the necessary items in the kitchen though we didn’t cook. I liked a lot the building itself, high ceilings and lots of space. Alessandra is very attentive and supportive. Thanks for everything!
Cons: - The quality of the furniture is moderate but it’s minor thing if you stay for a few nights. In the end, we were away whole day and came back just to sleep. - Might be noisy as next to the road. But after doing enough steps during the day you just fall asleep 💤

Perfect! We feel like home
Pros: absolutely everything, Alessandra was very helpful, it was easy to get there and get in. There are markets and restaurants very close by, easy access to the subway, apartment on the ground floor with only one step for access. I went with my father who uses a wheelchair and the apartment is very accessible. It's close to the main attractions, and you can do a lot by walking.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location near Colloseum. 5 mins from metro station. All main sightseeings in walking distance. The apartment was clean and nice, equipped with everything needed during our stay. The host is always in touch, ready to help. Highly recommended.

Charming place
Pros: Apartment was very spacious and super clean. All necessary things were available for a family. The host is also very communicative and helpful. The famous Colloseum is so near.

If you want to benefit from every opportunity of the city, this is definitely the place.
Pros: The host, Allessandra, is wonderful. She met us at the door. She gave us a direct tour of the house and explained the smallest details about the house, showed us the furniture and made sure we were comfortable. She explained the city of Rome and its possibilities, places to visit and transportation. He answered all our questions in detail. He also sent us a list of recommendations of grocery stores, cafes and restaurants close to the house. There were all kinds of technological equipment in the house. Washing machine, oven, dishwasher, iron, vacuum cleaner, television etc... all kinds of kitchen tools and equipment, hygiene items, towels, tea, coffee, oil, spices etc. everything necessary for daily use was available. The location of the house is within walking distance to all important points. Colessium, roman forum, Palatine Hill, Circus Maximus are all within walking distance. It is also very close to the main metro and tram stations of the city.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like, everything was way above my expectations.

Excellent place for a stay in Rome
Pros: - Location is perfect, not only distance to the main attractions and city center, but also the neighbourhood is perfect, with lots of of small cafes and restaurants - The apartment is equipped with all amenities needed for a stay - The host is perfect, available at any time, flexible and ready to solve any issue
Cons: - The lights in the sitting room are making a bit of a uncomfortable atmosphere

My second house in Rome :)
Pros: That was my third time in Rome and finally I found a place that without humidity smell 😅 It was super clean and without smell, the location was perfect, it is really close the Colosseo and center. It has everything that you need. Also the neighborhood is safe and silent. The photos are 100% true. If I come to Rome again I will prefer that apartment.

Pros: The location is perfect, a few steps everywhere. Quiet at night, no disturbances, despite the fact that the apartment is located on the ground floor right next to the entrance. We felt safe. Communication with Allesandra was great, fast, helpful. Check in, check out, no problems, fast. Apartment very clean, spacious, lots of storage space, perfectly equipped (sugar, salt, coffee, tea...). Towels, bed linen, everything fragrant. The bed is very comfortable, the sofa bed a little less, but you count on that. There is also a place nearby where you can leave your luggage safely during a night departure, as later check-out is not always possible, due to the continuity of the stay of other guests. There is nothing to complain about, we will be happy to return. Thank you very much.

Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent! The Colosseum is just a short walk away. It was spacious,clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
