Casa Domus Mea - garden addicted

Pros: We were two friends for a weekend in Rome. We enjoyed staying in the apartment, and it's location, not far from the Rome Termini. Located in a basement, the apartment was cool, while outside was plus 38c. The service person communicated promptly by whatsap. The small yard garden is a nice touch. Comfortable matresses on both beds. It is quiet at night. Just outside the building is a tiny cafe with fresh pastries.

Cons: The apartment description is incomplete and the photo of the second small bedroom is missing. The second bedroom has no window and has only a single bed. It was comfortable but if you need more air this may be a problem, this bedroom opens to the short corridor and a passage to the bathroom. The instructions are missing for the coffee machine, which coffee cups to buy, for the water heater in the shower. The toilet seat is broken, despite the feedback given by other travelers. The messaging via booking.com is deactivated.

Pros: Our stay at Casa Domus Mea was absolutely perfect! Everything matched the description – the house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning, comfy beds, and the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – they’ve created a place you truly want to come back to. Thank you! I’d gladly return again.

Pros: The location is convenient, within walking distance to the Colosseum and close to the Metro station. The small courtyard is decent but feels a bit secluded and lacks a view since the apartment is at a semi-basement level.

Cons: Some garbage bins would be helpful, along with a few hangers in the bathroom for added convenience. Although the check-out time is listed as 11 a.m. on Booking, the cleaning staff arrived at the door shortly before 10 a.m., persistently ringing the bell. The host should clarify and adhere to the correct check-out timeframe.

Pros: Muy cerca de la Archibasilica de San Juan Letran, una maravilla. El piso igual que en las fotos, cama muy cómoda y Ángela quien nos atendió un encanto , muchas gracias por todo.

Cons: Le stanze sono collegate tra una finestra. Se va chiusa nella cameretta non arriva l'aria condizionata (magari un ventilatore sarebbe d'aiuto) Pulizia non fantastica

Commentaires sur mon séjour.

Pros: J'ai particulièrement apprécié la clim et la petite terrasse. Appartement très propre ainsi que le linge de toilette et les draps. L'équipement de la cuisine est bien satisfaisant mais un micro ondes serait utile :) Les commerces sont tous à proximité et le parc en face de l'appartement permet une petite pause en fin de journée. Les arrêts bus fréquents sont eux aussi proches de l'appartement. Pour résumer, j'ai passé un très beau et trop court séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Pros: Emplacement très pratique, proche de Saint Jean de Latran et du métro. Tout à fait conforme à la description. Appartement assez frais (nous avons eu 30°C) car situé à l'entresol. Petite cour très agréable. Assez grand pour trois personnes avec deux chambres séparées, une petite cuisine et une salle de bain très bien agencées avec une douche assez grande.

Cons: Les indications pour récupérer les clés sont arrivées trop tard et nous avons dû attendre. Comme indiqué par d'autres, quelques détails pourraient être améliorés : des torchons, quelques capsules de café, des patins sous les chaises, et un siège de toilettes un peu moins haut. Mais globalement, c'est vraiment top !

Muy buen alojamiento

Pros: Piso muy bien situado, parada de metro a escasos metros de la casa y lo mismo con la parada del bus que te acerca al centro histórico de Roma Desde la casa al coliseo se dura caminando alrededor de 15 min, hay varios restaurantes a los alrededores de la casa y varios supermercados La casa esta limpia, las camas son muy cómodas, con bastante menaje de cocina, tazas, vasos, platos. Zona muy tranquila no se escuchan ruidos. La terraza es muy curiosa y se puede salir a comer. El baño esta muy bien, bastante amplio y muy bien equipado La casera contesta a todos los mensajes muy rápido, te resuelve todas las dudas que tengas y te facilita todo lo que este en su mano (nos dejo entrar 30 min antes del check-in) debido a que andábamos por la zona y la casa ya estaba disponible Una vez que vayas a esta casa, si vuelves a Roma querrás volver a este alojamiento

Pros: O local muito bom, a divisão dos quartos, a decoração e a cozinha.

Cons: A água quente do chuveiro acaba muito rapidamente, impedindo uma lavagem adequada dos cabelos..! Não havia pano de prato na cozinha!

Al centro silenzioso confortevole.. top a Roma !

Pros: Ad un minuto a piedi dalla Porta Santa San Giovanni appartamento nuovo e pulito, macchina del caffè buona. Silenzioso con un piacevole giardino dove ho potuto pranzare comodo. Vicino alla metro ristoranti e supermercati Ci tornerò sicuramente
