Pros: We liked the fact that the rooms were spacious. The apartment is very close to several means of transport. Also, we could walk from the apartment to the Collosseum. There is a market in front, which was very nice.

Cons: Some things in the apartment should be fixed/replaced/removed.

Pros: Great localisation, 5 minutes to Subway station. 20 min to Coloseum. Very big apartment. Two balconies. Very nice and helpful host Giuseppe. Lots of pictures on the walls, funny lift in the building. Close to the local market with traditional food.

Pros: First of all the property inside is very clean and spacious. It also has all the necessary materials we needed , e.g AC (it was very hot), hairdryer, cooking utensils, towels, etc…. Although we didn’t stay a lot of time there, we enjoyed the 3 days we spent there. If we were to go to Rome again we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location in Rome center, good value for lower price

Pros: Perfect stay in Rome, in a very good location, close to metro san Giovanni and 15 minutes from Colosseum by foot. Fast reception, the owner Giuseppe was a very nice person, ready to answer all the questions. He just arrived to meet us and left us to enjoy all the privacy. The appartment was spacious with several rooms and this was important and very comfortable as we were a group of family. The kitchen in the living place was also a perfect bonus to be able to prepare food during the stay in Rome. Close to the shops, markets, pharmacy. The beautiful Basilica san Giovanni in Laterano - 5 minutes. Quiet place in the center.

A magical stay close to Rome center

Pros: The apartment is nice and spatial with it's 3 bedrooms, as we all used with our Family. There is an elevator. The place is very close to Rome center and the Metro-station San Giovanni is only 6 minutes walk away, whish can take you into Rome in 15-20 minutes depending on your destination. Or you could just walk into the center for exsample can you walk to the Colosseum for under a half hour. Very fast and free Internet in the apartment. The tap-water is drinkable - we didn't buy bottle still water under our stay at all. There is a market just across the street, where you can buy, fruit, vegestables, flowers, fish and more. The blinds you can pull down in front of the windows, let no light in at all, so you can sleep longer if you like, even though the sun is up.

Cons: There was no holder for the shower head, so you have to hold it in your hands while showering. And a hook for the towel next to the wash in the bathroom would be nice too. But this didn't really effect our stay. We really enjoyed staying there.

Pros: A great location very close to the métro station (300 meters).30 minutes by walk to go the Termini station et about 20 minutes to Coliseum.A lot or restaurants and supermarkets around the appartment.
