Lovely apartment, amazing city 🥰 Can't wait to visit again.
Pros: Perfect location, within walking distance of main attractions or tube station, but still out of the way of all the hustle and bustle. Location felt safe. Hosts were brilliant, Informative and available for any queries. Hosts went above and beyond by arranging the safe return of my daughters precious teddy that was accidentally left behind!

Appartamento con vista divina, questo è.
Pros: Appartamento veramente bello in una posizione eccezionale per la vista ed estremamente strategica per i collegamenti. Vicky, la proprietaria, è stata particolarmente gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Ad accoglierci una sua amica che ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio tutto quanto poteva essere necessario al nostro soggiorno. Cucina fornita di ogni elettrodomestico con vari prodotti confezionati dolci e salati a disposizione per la colazione.
Cons: La collocazione dei bagni: il più grande serve due camere doppie, il piccolo è in camera e serve la sola camera singola. Quindi un bagno per 4 persone e 1 bagno per 1 persona. Quest'ultimo, inoltre, è di quelli in cui non si può scaricare, ma soprattutto ha una doccia che non funziona bene (soffione adiacente alla parete inutilizzabile e pressione dell'acqua insufficiente). Questo è veramente l'unico difetto che sono riuscita a trovare. Ma l'appartamento è talmente bello e per tutto il resto funzionale che non si può non essere disposti ad adattarsi un po'.

Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft!
Pros: Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft, eine super nette Gastgeberin, eine sehr zentrale Lage - alles in allem wirklich mega toll! Sollten wir wieder nach Rom fahren, dann würden wir auf jeden Fall erneut diese Unterkunft buchen! Da unser Sohn dort Geburtstag hatte, hatte uns Vicky, die nette Vermieterin, Sekt und Geburtstagsdeko bereitgestellt! Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür!

Cons: Lo único malo es que no hay apenas presión de agua y para darte una ducha tardas un poco más de tiempo.

Spacious Apartment with a Stunning Basilica View
Pros: The apartment is impressively spacious, much larger than any place I’ve stayed in Rome before. Our hosts, Vicky and Massimo, were exceptionally kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is very convenient: just a short walk to the A metro line, which takes you directly to the city center. There’s also a supermarket and a mini market nearby, plus a daily flea market up the street that’s fun to explore. The kitchen is extremely well equipped — we didn’t miss a single item during our stay. A thoughtful detail we truly appreciated was finding socket adaptors available (a first for us in Rome — well done!). Although we didn’t need to use the air conditioning, simply opening the windows provided enough fresh air to keep the apartment comfortable. And finally, the highlight: the stunning view of the San Giovanni Basilica right from the apartment — absolutely breathtaking.
Cons: Mosquito protection: There were no mosquito nets, so in the evenings we had to keep the lights off to prevent them from entering the rooms. Noise: Unfortunately, it was quite noisy outside. During our stay, there was a construction site operating at night, which made it difficult to rest — though this is, of course, a temporary issue. A more permanent concern is the noise from garbage collection, especially glass disposal. It seems there may be a collection point nearby, so trucks were coming and going throughout the night. After a full day of exploring Rome, we were usually tired enough to sleep, but a quieter environment would have made for a more restful night.
