Vacanze Romane Basilica

Pros: Beautiful apartment at great location. Very close to San Giovanni metro station and San Giovanni in Laterano church. We appreciate possibility to leave luggage in the apartment well before actual check in time.

Pros: Rooms are towards inyard and are quiet and comfortable. The location is very close to metro station with direct connection to Coliseum, Trevi fountain, Phateon and Vatican

Cons: Difficult to find public parking, but there is underground parking around the corner for reasonable price

Comfortable, (very) clean, spacious and modern with a responsive host. Definitely recommended.

Pros: Everything was meticulously cleaned, even the top of the washing machine was dust free. The bed was comfortable and the apartment amenities were modern. It feels great to come back to the apartment after an entire day of being out and have a space so clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is very close to both the San Giovanni metro and the large bus stop. If you come from Roma termini via train, this place is only a few stops and five minutes walk away.

Cons: Not much really, it’s all good. Host is also quite responsive and communicative if you happen to have any issues.

Pros: The location was really good (the buses came a little slow tho, we always had to wait about 15-20 min for the bus, but this was a general problem in the city). The decorations on the wall( the mirrors, the paintings) were amazing and the apartment was very spacious and had a nice natural light. The host was very understanding when I had a problem or a question to ask and always answered within few minutes or instantly.

Cons: Everything was ok, so no complains about anything

Pros: l' Ordine, La pulizia dell'appartamento che comunque è dotata di ogni confort funzionante, dalla wifi, la lavatrice la lavastoviglie

Cons: Per due famiglie (3 e 4 persone) l'appartamento è molto piccolo e non è possibile cenare a casa. non è stato possibile regolare il riscaldamento per cui la camera era super bollente.

Pros: what a lovely stay! the location was so accessible from termini and you have the metro right out front, sites are close by but far enough to have some peace within the city and great food all around. the space was bigger than we thought, comfortable for a family of four and the hosts were welcoming and even let us check in early. there's also a cute flea market out front most of the days which was a nice surprise. would recommend the stay! grazie mille

Pros: We had an amazing stay in this cozy 2-room apartment in Rome. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay – just like home but with a far better view! And what a view indeed: every time we looked out the window, we saw the breathtaking Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano glowing beautifully, especially at night. Truly unforgettable. The host, Alessandro, was outstanding – responsive, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His hospitality really made a difference.

Pros: View to Basilica from the window was the best parr. Also apartment is well designed and equipped. Location is great, close to everything, but not too busy and loud.

Cons: Smell in the bathroom.
