Recommending for a family and would book again. The apartment provides you with everything. Valuable for the money. The

Pros: The location was great, walking distance from the termini station, very lively street. Bus connections to the sightseeing places right infront of the door. The staff was reachable on the app all the time. The apartment is big and comfortable for a family.

Cons: The warm water situation in the bathrooms was difficult, it was changing continuously and not enough warm water for a family. The apartment door was not possible to double close from the inside with the keys, felt a little unsafe and you heard everything from the staircases. The Via Nazionale is a very busy street, you hear the sirens the whole night, if you have light sleep.

Fantastic stay, we'd stay again.

Pros: Great location, very central near a metro station and walking distance to many sights. Apartment was lovely, very clean, well equipped and spacious

Cons: Check in wasn't great. Lots of calls and messages (stressful in the heat) to try and get the correct code for the key box, then on the last day we couldn't open the key box at all.

Perfect stay for 6 people

Pros: We had a great stay in Lucia Apartment. Very conveninet stay for 6 people in the city center. We appreciated a lot the brand new bathrooms.

Pros: Everything perfect. Bathrooms have been renewed recently.

Pros: Great location for sightseeing in Rome - easy walk from the train and easy walk to most attractions.

Cons: Kitchen only had very basic things. OK if you plan to eat out most of the time.

Pros: Property was close to everything. Very comfortable rooms and the bathrooms were well equipped.

Cons: The power turned off on our last day leaving us with no hot water or lights. Customer Service is not 24hrs so we didnt get a response until the next day.

Great stay for a group in a perfect location

Pros: Location is perfect (close to Roma Termini also) All beds are big enough for 2 people 3 nice bathrooms

Cons: Heating and hot water sometimes disseaper Windows are not thick enough for outside traffic

Excellent séjour en famille

Pros: Le confort (3 chambres avec 3 salles de bain privatives), la situation (rue animée, près du quartier Monti, près de la gare, du métro, d’une station de taxi et du Colisée !).

Cons: Rien

Séjour parfait pour ce séjour très court!!!

Pros: Court séjour dans la ville donc c’était parfait et l’hôte a été très proactif à nos demandes, je l’apprécie beaucoup!! Nos étions trois couples et chacun avait son intimité.

Cons: Pas grand chose, appartement très bien équipé…. La seule chose est peut-être la compréhension de ce qui était possible de faire avec nos bagages…. Mais on a vite trouvé une solution.
