Great apartment, great location

Pros: Brilliant location, in close proximity to bus and rail links with great views of the city. Good base for exploring the city with most attractions within walking distance. Great communications from the host with nice touches around the apartment and a good welcome pack. Well equipped kitchen, small but adequate bathroom with a great shower. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby, bonus was the small market on via cesare balbo

Cons: The stairs were a good way to burn of some of the meals we enjoyed 😉

Pros: The location was amazing. Really close to main attractions.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

Pros: Really well equipped apartment that was centrally located. Balcony was small but offered great views and having a well stocked fridge for breakfast was a really lovely touch. Would recommend staying here.

Cons: Lift was out of order and there was a lot of stairs to climb in hot weather. Host did kindly arrange for someone to help with our luggage on arrival.

Good location in Rome for family of 4

Pros: Very good location - close to Tremini and all major monuments. Shop in a nearby. Tidy place. Host is very nice and helpful. Quiet place despite of the street just below.

Cons: Please provide a knife for bread. There are 121 steps to the flat - I did not mind but have to be fit to stay there.

Great for exploring Rome at an affordable price, with some shortcomings in the bathroom and bedroom,

Pros: The apartment is very good, but under the concept of using it as a base for exploring the center of Rome. It is truly a top location for a good price and provided comfort. We traveled as a family with two children, and it was good for us.

Cons: The bathroom cannot be locked, and the toilet is really cramped (-1). The bedroom door closes poorly, and if you close it from the inside, you may have a problem as someone needs to rescue you from the outside (-0.5). As for breakfast, it isn’t really breakfast, even though you are greeted with packaged croissants, milk, juice, jam, fruit (no bread, cheese, or cold cuts)..., we are used to having breakfast served (-0.5). It's unfortunate, as these minor issues (except for the toilet placement, of course) could be addressed for a few hundred euros.

Wunderbar Stay !!

Pros: Very lovely apartment with an excellent location. We appreciated the fridge that was so well stocked with food and water. There was also fruit left for us which was a nice touch. The apartment was cozy and very comfortable, with lots of lighting. It was great to have umbrellas left for us as we had a very rainy day one time. It was quiet and the little terrace was very nice. Being close to the train station was a bonus. I think it was maybe a 10 minute walk. There is a restaurant just below the place which has really good food. The location was on a street with lots of interesting shops. Would definatly recommend this place to travellers to Roma

Cons: There was not salt/pepper or cooking oil to be found. This is minor, but we did make eggs and ham one morning,(that was left for us in the fridge), and it would have been nice to have a bit of salt or cooking oil.

Pros: Beautiful, centrally located apartment with a fantastic view of the city. It was just perfect for our family of 4 on our first visit to Rome. Finding a fridge full of supplies on arrival was a wonderful and very welcome touch. Excellent communication from Francesca , who was responsive and very helpful in answering all our queries, which made the stay relaxing and stress-free. We had the most wonderful time exploring Rome, and it was lovely to come back and relax on the balcony after a busy day sightseeing. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again. Thank you 😊

Cons: Nothing- it was great.

Pros: The location, near to the Plaza Mayor and a metro station. Plenty to do locally.

Cons: On some nights it was a bit noisy from the bars downstairs.

Francesca was a very caring and helpful host. She went the extra mile to make the most of our stay.

Pros: The location. It was a lovely neat and practical apartment.

Cons: On arrival, the lift was not working. Our apartment was on the fifth floor. It was then repaired. The next day the power went of for a while.. There was also some noisy building repair work being done.

Pros: We checked in late. Was feeling hungry as well. When we opened the fridge we were surprised to see that it was full, loaded with fruits, milk, yogurts, cheese, jam and even fruit juices. There were also lots of baskets with sweets and croissants kept on tables. The rooms were all well arranged. We loved the stay. To use the washing machine you will need research - because its all in Italian The bathroom door is slightly tight and difficult to open - so better do not lock tightly, I hope this will be attended soon.
