Pros: Cleanliness, clean linen, clean floor. location- very close to Via Nazionale. wide space, dressing, kitchen room. Extensible couch. good price. Earlier availability for check in. Baggage storage place. I would book again.

Cons: Some improvements to be done in the shower area. Staff knocking the door for different situations (city tax)

Visit Rome!!!

Pros: Easy and simple self check in and flexible on time. Location couldn't have been better. Accessibility to local bars, bus routes and tourist attractions was ideal. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Cons: Absolutely no complaints!!!!

Superb property close to all main attractions

Pros: Amazing property in the Centre of Rome and within easy walking distance from the main train station - Roma termini. Great facilities within the property including a washing machine/dryer. Super comfy bed.

A sanctuary in the heart of Rome

Pros: Good location for both the metro and Rome's major sites. Very spacious apartment with most things you would need. Netflix on the tv with a huge screen and good wifi. Very attentive host contactable via WhatsApp.

Cons: Overall the apartment is fantastic value for money with so much space for somewhere so central but there were a couple of things that need attention but by no means affected our stay. Bathroom tile cracked and tile edging is loose (side of the window) and shower hose has either got very tarnished or requires a deeper clean. Space is tight by the toilet as others have commented but didn't affect us at all. Only other comment would be a tea towel/ or oven glove would be very helpful but again not a deal breaker.

Pros: A great appartment in great and quit location. Very clean and suitable for a family of 4 people. The appartment close to via nazionalle with many shopping points. We went everywhere without using any transportation. The air conditionars in every room were very good in the hot days

Cons: The key to the downstairs door didn't work but they were available for us on the intercom every time we rang and they opened for us right away. A recommendation to also put thin blankets because sometimes it is cold to sleep with the air conditioner and you cannot sleep without the air conditioner in these hot days. Besides that everything was great

Pros: The apartment was a great size in a very good location. It was in a quiet street yet close to everything you want to see in Rome. We enjoyed the large comfortable lounge, kitchen facilities and good hot shower. The whole apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Cons: The sink let water collect on the top around our products. I think the tap may have been leaking slightly. Shame as it was a lovely area to put products and get ready. We did not contact the host about this. Am sure they would have resolved it.

A Real Gem Opera Exclusive House

Pros: The Location is great with good eating places nearby .The Nearest metro is Repubblica (200m approx) which is one stop from the Main Rome Termini Station ( where you can get to and fro from the airport via train ). The room was quiet , big with high ceilings and recently furbished (with the white look Italian Marble ).It has a kitchen equipped with washing machine /dishwasher/oven etc . A Pinsallegra nearest is life saver to get a small pizza home on via Napoli ( to your right while getting out of the apartment street) .Going right and across the main Via Nazionale you have Irish Pub (The Flan O Brien ) which was a nice added attraction in the evening Rest attractions are within 1.5 to 2.5 kms if you can walk.

Cons: No Lift ,so if you have bad knees or legs be prepared for the climb.

Pros: Excelente el departamento y la ubicación. Muy amplio y confortable.

Cons: Falta algo de mantenimiento . No estaba listo para el check in y no nos avisaron hasta que llegamos.

A pesar de esos dos inconvenientes, los recepcionistas muy atentos vía WhatsApp.

Pros: Su ubicación era muy buena, a 15 min de Termini y a apenas 20 minutos de los principales monumentos (Foro Romano, Coliseo, Plaza Venezia…)

Cons: La ducha tenía poca presión y había algunas lozas rotas en la pared (hay que tener cuidado porque arañan si te apoyas). También observé debajo de la cama y había muchísimo polvo, y soy muy alérgica 😅

Overall, would stay there again. Very clean very comfortable.

Pros: I like that the property was close to everything we needed. Food and Metro rails were right down the street. Very quiet neighborhood and off the main streets.

Cons: There was a little construction going on upstairs, and the neighbor above us was a night owl. You could hear the footsteps on the floor from above.
