The Best Rent - Three-bedroom apartment near the Quirinale

Pros: Very nice old apartment with high ceilings and all establishment we needed. Communication with The Best Rent was without any problems, they even asked during our stay if we needed any help with anything, which was really kind. The apartment is located almost in the centre of Rome, which means, we had almost all famous sightseeings within 15-20 minutes on foot. There are several really great local restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood, also main train station is very near. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one bedroom is on the other side of the flat, which is very comfortable if you travel in bigger group of people. Also the elevator in building is very helpful, especially with a small child.

Cons: Two bedrooms have all windows to a very busy street, even at night, which unfortunately led to frequently interrupted sleep. Also these are walk-through bedrooms, so you can hear voices between them even though the door is locked. The only \

Pros: Location was very central, Hosts were very attentive and very quick to respond to questions or queries. While there one of the showers developed an electrical fault, Someone was on site later that day to check it out. TV in all bedrooms, Internet access

Cons: If I was to try and find a criticism, More than 1 key would have been good, Kitchen was quite small but had all the essentials.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was a really nice experience to stay in this place. We really liked it. Very good location, you can walk to all of attractions, also it is a shop nearby the place. We really recommend the place :)

Pros: I loved the apartment!!!! It was huge, had all the facilties, kitchen utensils and the staff were amazing!!!! Brilliant!!!

Pros: Muy amplio, comodísimo que cada habitación tuviera su baño, elegante y muy limpio. Hicimos varias peticiones y nos atendieron súper rápido y amables, y además cerca andando de grandes monumentos. Ojalá pudiéramos quedarnos a vivir:)

Cons: Nada, todo superó nuestras mejores expectativas

Pros: Location is about 15 minutes walk to Termini Station (main station and intercity station), small souvenir shops and supermarkets around the location (literally next door). There are 4 rooms in the house with 3 ensuite bathrooms, and each room is spacious, hence enough rooms and bathrooms for 6 of us. The mattress and pillows are firm, hence as per our preference. All bathrooms are spacious enough and all are with showers, thus to our liking. There is a washing machine and a dryer, easy to operate. Instruction to check-in was very clear, even the landlord provided us with pre-recorded video, hence easy for us to follow. Deposit required when we checked in was immediately refunded upon checking out.

Cons: Unique area divisions, especially 1) kitchen, where stove is, behind the structured wall, hence very narrow space to move around when cooking, 2) to get into 1 on the 4 rooms, although it has wooden door, is to go through another room with only stained glass door. Behind the entrance door hinges of the largest room seemsmed not being cleansed. The ensuite bathroom in the largest room was a bit sting. No spices in stock, even salt and pepper.

Pros: Super lokalizacja. Blisko dworzec Termini I stacja metra. Główne atrakcje 15 - 20 min. piechotą. Obiekt wyposażony idealnie zarówno na 4 dniowy pobyt jak i na dłużej. Przestronne pokoje. Wygodne łóżka. Idealny dla 8 osobowej rodziny (6 dorosłych + 2 dzieci).

Cons: Mniej przestronny aneks kuchenny i jadalnia, ale na wspólne śniadanie wystarczy.

Pros: A localização e muito boa, fácil acesso. Limpeza excelente. Chegamos antes do horário do check in ,o pessoal estava finalizando a limpeza e o responsável nos entregou as chaves. Tem mercado e metro próximos. Roupa de cama e banho novos. O apartamento corresponde as fotos apresentadas. Tivemos uma ótima estadia.

Cons: O apartamento e bom, mas o valor poderia ser mais acessível.

Pros: Хорошие матрасы , три санузла, в каждом есть беде, полноценная кухня, вся сантехника новая , реально за эти цену очень удачные апартаменты. Санузлы прямо в спальнях, очень удобно! Месторасположение нормальное, прямо возле полиции и пожарной части, преступность в этом квартале отсутсвует )))

Cons: Быстро заканчивается горячая вода, надо экономно расходовать если много человек живут и хотят купаться параллельно
