Neat and cozy

Pros: The owner is very kind and always helps when there is a problem.

Cons: The kitchen utensils were a bit old, so cutting was hard to do.

Pros: Great and helpful host, very cosy apartment, easy connection with the city and the FCO-airport. The area feels safe and very lively. The apartment is equipped with actually everything you might need. Highly recommended!

Pros: The house is well-equipped and good for 4 or 5 people. It's conveniently located near public transport, including buses, trains, and the metro, as well as numerous supermarkets and local restaurants.

Cons: The bed was too soft for me, and we could hear the trains passing nearby.

Pros: A very attentive and kind host. He provided many suggestions and took sincere care of us throughout our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed. I would recommend it :)

Pros: Firstly, i would like to mention our host - very friendly and always ready to help. A very big thanks for ensuring we have all our needs covered. Also, the location was very clean, providing all is needed to enjoy your stay. Thank you and for sure we will recommed this location to our friends! And, hopefully, we will return soon!

Pros: The owner was very kind and facilitated check-in in advance. The location in Roma is very good: close to the A Metro station Ponte Lungo and at walking distance of nice places with good restaurants. Also very close to San Giovanni in Laterano. The owner also organised a convenient parking place nearby.

Cons: It was just fine.

Very nice apartment with good transport links

Pros: The apartment is true to the photos and was a very comfortable base for a three day visit to Rome. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has a good although slightly small shower (but this seems very common in Italy). It was great to have a washing machine as we were travelling light and needed that facility. There are a number of supermarkets fairly close by that sold everything we needed. The apartment is on the first floor so there are not many stairs to climb and there is a lift if desired. It is in a good location for public transport, close to the train station and metro line, making it 15 - 30 minutes travel to the main points of interest for tourists.

Cons: We were hoping the balcony would be one that we might sit out on, as we like to do this, but that really wouldn't be possible in this case as there is just about enough room for one person standing! This wasn't very important though as we spent most of our time out and about in Rome and I only mention it in case this feature is important to other bookers..

The Host Fabrizio was so caring and helpful. Any question or help we needed was answered quickly.

Pros: we really enjoyed the location and all the facilities e.g transport, supermarket, Restaurants, cafes so close by. staying here we enjoyed both parts : Tourist side and the local life too. Visting the main parts of Rome were super convenient. Everything was explained by our host on our arrival which was useful through out our stay. We really enjoyed the apartment size, cleaning and all the kitchen facilities were excellent. As my daughters are very fussy with the bathroom cleanliness - met all their expectations. Washing machine and washing liquid was a great bonus although we never used it but still felt as every thing was there incase we needed it. Fabrizio booked our very early morning taxi going back to the Airport. All in all Excellent. Thank you so much Fabrizio @ Lilli Home Holidays

Pros: Z wypoczynku skorzystaliśmy na początku grudnia. Mieszkanie czyste i przestronne. Właściciel miły i chętnie udzielał wskazówki co zobaczyć lub jak dojechać w ciekawe miejsca. Bardzo blisko autobus który jedzie np pod Koloseum. Metro ok 15 minut spacerem. Okolica trochę jak warszawska Praga ale bezpiecznie.

Cons: Woda w prysznicu leciała tylko z deszczownicy i to utrudniało sprawę podczas mycia. Raz był problem z brakiem ciepłej wody ale właściciel szybko reagował i pomagał. Na szczęście mieszka w tym samym bloku.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο με το λεωφορείο της γραμμής 85.

Pros: Αρκετά άνετο διαμέρισμα 1ου ορόφου, μεγάλη και λειτουργική κουζίνα, άνετο μπάνιο με συνεχές ζεστό νερό, μεγάλες κρεβατοκάμαρες, παρότι στεγαζόταν σε 9η πολυκατοικία, υπήρχε πολύ ησυχία. Άνετη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με λεωφορείο και μετρό.Θα το συνιστούσα.

Cons: Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δε θα μου άρεσε, απλά θα μπορούσε να είχε λίγο χαμηλότερη τιμή διαμερίσματος.
