Pros: Nice apartment! I highly recommend it especially if you come in the summer, like me. It was so hot outside and yet, because the building had thick and solid walls, the temperature inside was just perfect. I never had to turn on the air conditioning and I slept like a baby. The location is also good, very close to bus and subway stations.

Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, anständige Nachbarschaft, keine Parkplatzprobleme, problemloses WiFi.

Pros: Es war schön, dass es weit weg von den Menschenmassen in Rom war, aber 15-20 Minuten Fahrt von überall.

Cons: Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht schließen. Es könnte sich um eine unbemerkte vorübergehende Störung handeln. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes mit eigenen Mitteln eine Lösung gefunden und hatten keine Sorgen, da die Eisentür sicher war.

Pros: Близьке розташування до метро: до станції Ponte Lungo йти пішки 7 хвилин. Також у 5 хвилинах є ЖД станція Roma Tuscolana, звідки йде прямий потяг до аеропорту Fiumicino. У квартирі є кондиціонер, гарний WI FI, рушники, кухонне приладдя. Госпордар завжди був на зв'язку та швидко допомагав вирішити всі питання.

Cons: На жаль була проблема з мурахами, вони залазили до кухні через балкон. Але господар був готовий прислати людину, яка б їх прибрала.

Pros: Posizione molto buona, a due passi dalla stazione Tuscolana e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro Re di Roma. Casa molto fresca e accogliente. Zona ben fornita con ogni comodità: supermercato, bar, molto vicina anche a ristoranti, pizzerie e fast food. Presenti nell'appartamento asciugamani e saponi vari per la doccia.

Cons: Non presente la tavoletta del bagno, piatto doccia leggermente intasato, bidè con il tappo incastrato.
