Excellent

Pros: The unit was clean, cosy yet spacious and very well located - a short tram ride to lively streets and lovely restaurants. Ginevra was ready with a warm welcome when we arrived. She gave us a quick tour of the apartment and told us a bit about the neighbourhood and was kind enough to recommend things to do and some excellent restaurants near by. She even offered to make reservations and arrange for her driver to drop us off at the airport on our return.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean in a good area for transport. Ginevra our host was always available for help and advice on eating out or places to visit. All in all an excellent stay.

Pros: It is a really nice apartment near trastevere. The bus station is in 100m far. The super market is next to the apartment. Tha housekeeper is very polite and answer as in every question and give as some advice where to eat. If I came again in Rome for sure I will stay there again.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, modern and functionally equipped. The location is very good, public transport to the center (bus, tram) is close to the accommodation. You can also go on foot. Ginevra is the friendliest, most attentive and hospitable host. Treats were waiting for us in the apartment, she took care of parking, gave a lot of useful information. I definitely recommend it. ♥️

Pros: host very responsive and helpful comfy bed public transport nearby, good connection to city center grocery store nearby nice touch - drinks, yoghurt, nutella

Cons: it was a bit cold in the morning. Not possible to use air con to heat

Perfect home for our vacation

Pros: Perfect house for our vacation. The house itself was practically new. Very clean, comfortable and everything that one needs for the stay was available. Ginevra and Federica were the perfect hosts. Always available by phone and responded quickly to any queries. The welcome breakfast kit was very thoughtful and kind. Would definitely stay again the next time we're in Rome

Apartment was clean, smelled good and the host was great

Pros: We highly recommend to book this place! The apartment is really cozy and well prepared for the guests, fresh towels, everything was perfectly cleaned and Ginevra and her friend Emiliano were so nice to us. You will have not even 1 minute to two big grocery stores, 10 minutes to Roma Trastevere train station, so if you don’t like to walk, you can easily get to the city center within 15 minutes by train and within 4 minutes to San Pietro station to get into the Vatican. And if you are there on Sunday, you will be just in the center of a great Porta Portese market! If I’m going back to Rome, I will choose Suite52 apartment once again ☺️ Thank you, Ginevra!

Pros: Our stay in this apartment was perfect!Everything for our comfortable living here was prepared, even the smallest details, like slippers, kitchen staff, small snacks as greetings. Also everything was very clean and owner- is very intelligent woman, who explained us the main info about Rome! Huge recommend!
