Great stay in Rome with a wonderful host

Pros: The location was excellent — very close to the metro station, which made it easy to explore all of Rome. The neighborhood felt safe and authentic, with cafés and restaurants nearby. The host, Laura, was extremely kind and welcoming; she waited for us until late on the first evening when our arrival was delayed and made sure we felt comfortable from the start. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: Everything was good.

Cozy and new apartment in the heart of Rome

Pros: First of all, the piccolo principe suite is a little jewel in the heart of Rome (only few meters walking from Manzoni tube station) and 10 m away from San Giovanni Basilica. Its locations is perfectly central and well connected with public transport. The apartment is new, fresh and even had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Quiet and cozy spot where you will feel at home. Last but not least, Laura, the host, is amazing! She allowed me an earlier check in that saved me lots of troubles. She is always happy to address any issue or questions and very responsive. I will definitely come back to The piccolo principe Suite

Pros: Laura, the host was so helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. Recently renovated property and fully self contained with a homely feel. Very useful having a washing machine. Great location, maximum 15min walk to colosseum and maximum 30min walk to most other attractions. Metro is also 200m nearby.

Pros: Дизайнерский ремонт – стильно, уютно и каждая деталь продумана Безупречная чистота – всё сверкает, постельное бельё и полотенца свежие Полное благоустройство – есть всё необходимое, от хорошего фена до полностью оборудованной кухни Удобное расположение – 2 станции на метро от Термини, но при этом тихо и спокойно Внимание к гостям – Лаура всегда на связи и готова помочь

We had an amazing stay at Laura's place. The apartment is beautiful & has all the amenities.

Pros: Laura was a very gracious host. She personally came over to give us the keys and show us the apartment even though our train was delayed. We will definitely come back again when we are in Rome.

MARAVILLOSO Y PERFECTO

Pros: El apartamento es moderno, coqueto.. precioso.Tiene todo lo necesario: cafetera, tostadora, ollas, platos, lavadora, secador, plancha...La anfitriona y su hija superamables, nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora y nos habían dejado una botella de vino de bienvenida. También había una botella de agua fría, refrescos , aceite, sal...Habia 2 tipos de almohadas y manta. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Nos dieron información de dónde se en contraba el supermercado, nos ayudaron a buscar el traslado al aeropuerto.. El apartamento esta a 15 min del Coliseo andando y a 5 min de la parada de metro de Manzoni desde donde puedes ir a todos los sitios y a la vez es tranquilo , sin ruidos. Todo ha sido maravilloso. Muchas gracias por todo.

Sicuramente da tornare!

Pros: La host è stata molto disponibile e pronta ad accogliere le mie richieste. L'appartamento, seppur in una posizione centrale, è molto silenzioso. La camera è molto grande e super pulita!
