Cool complete apartment, on a quiet street, first floor

Pros: Beautiful apartment, with all services you need, very nice bathroom, washing machine, dish washer, aircon in all rooms, big rooms with good bed, small but nice living room. Close to all necessary shops ; food market, wine shop ( very nice people ), pharmacy, grocery, etc... all not even 100 meter away. Not forget the owners, who gived us a lot of information and quick help. Some very good restaurants can be found within 5-10 min walk. Quiet street, first floor, with small but nice terrace.

Cons: 3 Metro stations are all about 10-12 min, but if needed you have closer a bus. For the rest the biggest disavantage are pick pockets every where on overcrowded bus and metro,

Nice and convenient set up!

Pros: Thanks for the stay at your place. We had a lovely time and felt at home. Nothing was missing. All important things transportation restaurants and super markets were at walking distance. Special hello also to Hilmar and Roland!

Fabulous Accomodation

Pros: Guiseppe was very friendly and informative. The apartment was very modern and had everything you could need. The location while out of the centre (our choice) was close to public transport, (which was easy to use) there were cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc near by. For our first time in Rome we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would highly reccomend this place.

Pros: Nice and spacious place to stay with your family big kitchen and all utensils plus the best thing was the bathroom nice and spacious,we enjoyed the shower 🫶also clean and all renovated beautifully and quality plus quiet place and next to all transport to visit all rome,recommend for everyone who wants to have a nice place to make their vacations in Rome

Pros: Very nice, clean and big apartment. There is everything you need including the coffeemaker :) Giuseppe was very nice and helpful, we arrived at 10.30 pm so it was late, Giuseppe welcomed us and told everything about the apartment. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday there!

We felt like at home :)

Pros: Giuseppe and his family were amazing hosts! They welcomed us upon arrival and showed us all the amenities in the house. They were always incredibly attentive to anything we needed. The facilities are all brand new and very comfortable. The location is perfect. A quiet area, yet still very well connected to the city center. We stayed for three weeks and truly felt at home. We were really sad to leave, but we’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

A great appartment, will definitively come back.

Pros: The apartment was great, everything new and very clean. Warm in the winter and also quiet, windows are overlooking a side street without much traffic. The owners are also very friendly and helpful. The location it's not the most central in Rome, but easy accessible by bus or metro. You can have a more authentic roman experience with nice Cafés and osterias around.

Cons: No complaints, we loved it and will definitively come back.

Confortablemente apacible

Pros: Los servicios del apartamento, su equipamiento, la amabilidad y gestión de sus propietarios Giuseppe y sra, el mobiliario de la cocina, en realidad, todo.

Pros: Πάρα πολύ ευγενικός ο ιδιοκτήτης Guiseppe. Μας περίμενε κατά την άφιξη ενώ είχαμε και 2 ώρες καθυστέρηση. Μας εξήγησε όλα στο διαμέρισμα και μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για την περιοχή και εστιατόρια/καταστήματα τριγύρω. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη . Επίσης ο Guiseppe είχε φροντίσει να έχουμε στιγμιαίο καφέ, κάψουλες καφέ, τσάι και ένα είδος δος κρουασάν δωρεάν στη διάθεσή μας. Ότι καλύτερο για εμάς. Ο εξοπλισμός του διαμερίσματος ήταν άψογος. Σε κάθε δωμάτιο είχε τηλεόραση. Επίσης υπήρχαν απορρυπαντικά πλυντηρίου ρούχων και πιάτων διαθέσιμα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ 💛

Fantastisch!

Pros: We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen door de host. De accommodatie is ruim, nieuw, schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De accommodatie ligt net iets buiten het toeristische gebied, maar dit is met het ov goed te bereiken! De wijk is rustig en heeft veel goede restaurants en bakkers. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, bedankt!!
