Good for short term stay
Pros: - great location, close to metro, major attractions but still quite local and peaceful - spacious apartment - good contact with owner/manager - two bathrooms are very convenient when travelling with a few people - the pullout sofa in the main room was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on
Cons: - my biggest issue is that there's no hanger or closet for jackets in the entryway and no place to store them, also not a lot of storage overall, there's a big closet in the main bedroom tho - we stayed for 6 nights and we only got one set of towels per person, i understand that this is not a hotel so no one is gonna come to change the towels or sheets, but in that case would be nice to leave more towels to use as replacements for longer stays

Pros: Location excellent. Close to St Peters, close to Metro station which gives easy access to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Collesseum etc. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Air con operation was a little difficult to understand. Could have done with some capsules for coffee machine, mainly to see what size was needed. A toaster and a couple of tea towels would have been useful. Overall though very good.and we were very happy.

Fantastic ✨
Pros: Great appartment, what’s not to like?? It’s very spacious, has a great location and a very nice view (Vatican wall - with even a tiny part of the dome of the Saint Peter visible), very friendly host, it’s cool and has a good AC (even during a heat wave), perfect sound insulation from the busy street, good utilities (even a washing machine), large and comfortable bed, beautiful wooden floors throughout, and there’s a cafe right on your doorstep for your morning cappuccino with cornetto

Pros: Amazing location. excellent facilities and in top condition.
Cons: Next to a busy road and as one window could not be shut properly, it was a bit noisy at times.

Haven of peace in hectic Rome - We were really happy there!
Pros: Location Location Location! Across the road from the Vatican City walls - you can see them from the bedroom! Completely renovated flat on 2nd floor - our haven of peace in hectic Rome. Perfect for evening strolls to Saint Peter's square (when you have the place almost to yourself!). Dozen's of local restaurants, shops, bars, a covered market and a metro (underground) station within 5 mins walk. I was happy to find a mixture of both locals and tourists in the building - after a week I felt like a local(!) stopping for early morning coffee in Caffe dei Papi on the corner, buying bread from the baker ... glorious!
Cons: It's a tiny detail (!) but an apron for cooking and dishcloths for drying would have been useful. Apart from that, it really is as close to perfect as possible!

Amazing stay at Rome in a good price
Pros: The location is amazing: nearby Vatican city and Metro Ottaviano - so you can move around the city easily. Also, the neighborhood is super residential, with non-turistic restaurants and stores. I would like to enhance that the building is fully renovated - which is very rare in an ancient city like Rome.
Cons: everything went amazing; can not complain about nothing.
