Pros: Perto de tudo, mercado, ponto de ônibus, metrô... Os dois quartos com ar condicionado, o Wi-Fi excelente, cama e travesseiros bons e boa cozinha. Gostei bastante, é bem aconchegante.

Pros: La amplitud del apartamento, la comunicación con quien maneja el piso.

Cons: La mosquitera de la ventana del cuarto se quedó pillada y había viento y la persiana de madera de fuera sonaba con el viento porque no podíamos abrir la mosquitera para asegurar la persiana de madera paso el domingo y el lunes.
