Testaccio Boutique Apartment in Rome

Pros: Our prior reservation was cancelled and we were offered this apartment as an option by booking.com. The owner answered our calls when needed and the location was excellent. Near a lovely market and one of the best Pizza places in Rome.

Great stay in a stylish apartment

Pros: The apartment is in a great residential neighbourhood with a lot of character. It's opposite a market which sells fresh food, clothes and artisan goods. You can walk into central Rome in around 30-40 minutes, but there are also buses.

Cons: To make this exceptional, a few small items for arrival eg milk in the fridge would be appreciated. It would also be useful to have information on places to eat nearby.

Best apartment in the best neighbourhood with the best host!

Pros: Everything was amazing. The apartment, the location (across from the markets, and the wonderful testaccio neighbourhood generally) and the owner Barbara, who went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed being in a comfortable, well-located apartment with a very helpful host.

Pros: We were met by Barbara, the owner, who briefed us generally on the apartment and the area. That was most helpful. Barbara made us feel very welcome.

Cons: The small kitchen was quite well equipped but it would have been good to have had a teapot and a toaster.

We are coming back!

Pros: Very comfortable beds, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, across the road from the market, 10 mins to Trastevere, close to bus and metro and walking distance to all of Rome.

Cons: Bathroom could benefit from more shelf space for toiletries, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker.

Excellent location to experience authentic roman lifestyle

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It has two bedrooms and a living room, and it is very clean, well equipped, and decorated with tatse. The bedrooms are spacious, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. The apartment is located in a pleasant residential area with easy access to the Vatican or to the City center by bus or tram. Staying in Testaccio allows you to experience Roman life like a local, with many excellent restaurants and pasticcerias nearby. The apartment is also directly in front of Testaccio Market, where you can try authetinc Italian food specialties. Finally, Barbara is a kind, welcoming, and dedicated host. She shared many helpful recommendations about the area and was always available to assist us throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Pros: Absolutely phenomenal location across the street from the Testaccio Market. Spacious, well appointed apartment with two bathrooms.

Cons: One of the bedrooms has a European style double bed assembled out of two smaller beds. This bed was not quite as comfortable
