La Casa di Testaccio Apartment

Spacious, comfortable apartment.

Pros: A spacious, comfortable apartment with modern facilities in a good, peaceful location just outside the busy centre of Rome. The kitchen is fully equipped and the host is very helpful.

Cons: There is no key safe or code and the requirement to collect the keys BEFORE 3pm is unusual and difficult for many people. Luckily the host was able to be flexible and meet us when we arrived after 3pm.

Pros: Our host was very kind and helpful. Flat is in beautiful building, was kept clean and had necessary amenities such as soaps, towels etc. As well as a fully stacked kitchen with breakfast bits and drinks etc. Testaccio Market is a hidden gem in Rome, away from the busy touristy areas. We hope to be back again.

Cons: Unfortunately the Wi-fi stopped working after the first night. Although there was effort to make it work by us and the host, it would not connect to the internet. This was a bit annoying as we had to use mobile data.

Tolles Viertel, tolle Wohnung, sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. 100 % empfehlenswert

Pros: Wir haben uns in Der Wohnung von Stefano sehr wohl gefühlt, ebenso in dem Viertel Testaccio. Das ist sehr authentisch und hat viele Bars und Restaurants, deren Besuch sich wirklich lohnt. Und kaum Touristen...

Cons: Wir haben (fast) nichts auszusetzen, allein die Palästina-Flaggen in den Fenstern der Nachbarschaft haben das Gesamtbild etwas getrübt

Pros: La disponibilità del proprietario e la sua flessibilità nell'orario. La pulizia delle stanze e i servizi.

Cons: il congelatore pieno di cibo di chissà quale inquilino. L'assenza di un posto dove stendere la biancheria (nonostante ci fosse la lavatrice)

Fantastico il mercato di fronte

Pros: Nel cuore di Testaccio, di fronte al mercato coperto ottimo per colazione e spuntini. Ottima scelta di libri, mi sono letto un po’ di “Limonov”. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa.

Cons: Nulla

Très bon séjour

Pros: L'emplacement est juste à côté des sites à visiter, le marché couvert juste devant l'appartement.

Cons: L'eau s'évacue mal dans la douche , attention innondation !

Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, miało sporo udogodnień. Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, jakby ktoś nie chciał używać publicz

Pros: Lokalizacja Klimatyzacja Dostępność pralki Dobre punkty gastronomiczne w okolicy Dobra komunikacja miejska, metro 15 min od mieszkania, a także możliwość dojścia w wiele turystycznych miejsc pieszo

Cons: Bardzo słaba suszarka do włosów Można przypadkiem wyłączyć grzanie ciepłej wody- to mały minus, wystarczy powiesić w łazience karteczkę z informacją którego przycisku nie dotykać;) Zacinający się zamek do bramy wejściowej. Kilka razy mieliśmy problem aby dostać się na teren osiedla

Pros: Piękny, czysty apartament. Szelkie udogodnienia. Wszędzie można dojść na piechotę, nie korzystaliśmy z komunikacji dzięki temu. Właściciel pomocny , w dniu wyjazdu mogliśmy zostawić bagaż i wrócić po południu. Na przeciwko budunku mercado, gdzie można zaopatrzec sie w co tylko chcemy. Mogę wystawić z czystym sumieniem 10/10. Napewno wrócimy będąc w Rzymie. Pozdrawiamy właściciela. I dziękujemy !

Un hogar de verdad

Pros: Localización excelente, cerca del centro, muy bonito y limpio y con todo lo que necesitas para que tu estancia se sienta como estar en un hogar.

Pros: La ubicación sobre todo y en medios de transporte público cercanos, todo bien conectado y la estancia del sitio cómoda y con todo lo necesario y cerca del mercado local. Nuestro anfitrión Stefano muy atento.
