Appartamenti con vista Piazza Testaccio

Pros: The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a good holiday in the Eternal City. The location is excellent as it is close to many public transport stops and full of restaurants and entertainment points for the evening. It is the second time that my boyfriend and I come to stay in this apartment and we are always satisfied with everything. The owner and her collaborators are exceptional and always available and very friendly, and my fiancé and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend this apartment to all those who want to visit Rome to stay in the center but not in very crowded places such as in the Colosseum area or Termini station.

It is a wonderful place to stay in Rome

Pros: The location was perfect near the tube and bus station. The apartment was full of everything my boyfriend and I needed to enjoy our holiday. We have been assisted from the departure until the end of our stay, and Floriana and her assistants were always available for any questions. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and in case of tiredness, there is always something to discover in Testaccio. I strongly recommend this apartment for a short or long stay in the Eternal City.

Pros: Bell' appartamento in una zona della città comoda, caratteristica e ben fornita di locali di ogni genere. Ottima comunicazione con proprietari.

Séjour très apprécié et bel échange avec les hôtes.

Pros: L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. L'hôte est très accessible, compréhensive et flexible, et réactive. La remise de clé se fait par l'intermédiaire d'une personne sur place, très disponible aussi. L'appartement correspond bien à la description et es très bien placé et fonctionnel.

Cons: la literie un peu peu trop dure.

Over our two-week visit, we grew familiar with the charming local neighborhood, filled with cafes, restaurants, and shops. The evenings were surprisingly peaceful, as an apartment was situated slightly away from the bustling tourist spots, offering a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. We really hope to come back again one day. One more: WIFI was working great during entire stay. We had 2 laptops in addition to phones.

Cons: Pretty much we liked everything. Just to note, there is an elevator in the building, but it is very small. Shower is also compact.

Rome

Pros: Appartement très bien situé , à proximité immédiate transports bus / tram a 5 min à pieds et 10 minutes pour la gare mais également les commerces de proximité , pharmacie , boucherie , pâtisserie , restaurants . Nous avons été accueillis par Daniela très agréable. Appartement propre et fonctionnel , au calme qui donne dans une cour intérieur pour la chambre. Appartement conforme au descriptif et photos fournies.

Cons: Manque juste quelques poêles pour faire la cuisine.

Pros: Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, łatwy i szybki dojazd autobusem do wszystkich atrakcji. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze apartamentu, z którymi był bardzo dobry kontakt podczas całego pobytu. Pomogli w organizacji dojazdu z lotniska do apartamentu i z powrotem. Mieszkanie czyste, w dobrej spokojnej dzielnicy z widokiem na Plac Testaccio. Miłe powitanie przez Danielle, która opowiedziała nam o okolicy, zaprezentowała apartament. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju.

Buena estancia y bien comunicado

Pros: El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y bien comunicado. No se oía nada de ruido.En las fotos parece más grande de lo que es. En general una buena estancia allí.

Cons: La ducha, habría que reformarla.
