Lovely flat in Testaccio

A comfortable stay in Rome

Pros: This is a wonderful apartment, well-equipped, comfortable and in the lively neighbourhood of Tesstachio. Francesco met me for check-in which was a nice personal touch after so many 'key-box' check-in experiences. He provided many useful tips, was very happy to help and was always quick to respond messages. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with bus stops just a few streets away. It is an easy walk along the Tiber to the major sites. I settled in quickly and wished I could stay longer.

Highly recommended

Pros: Easy check-in and checkout, flexible hours and wonderful contact with the owner who was very helpful in organizing transport from and to the airport. The apartment has everything you could need.

We had an amazing time exploring Rome, would definitely recommend for short stays.

Pros: Great location, local restaurants and cafes were great and at a much better price than in the city centre! We used the recommendations that our host was kind enough to share and we were very satisfied!

Cons: The flat was kept clean and had everything we needed, there’s a metro station 10 mins walk away and on a beautiful day you can walk along the river all the way to the city centre, it’s only about a 40 mins and a very pleasant walk.

Lovely neighbourhood

Pros: Lovely, comfortable flat in the residential area of Testaccio. The host provided us with useful information about restaurants and events in the neighbourhood. Good shower, central heating, all necessities in the kitchen. Bed is big and comfortable but bit squeaky :-)

Great choice

Pros: Superb area, lots of good eating spots around. Less hectic and more real than eg. Trastevere, but still walking distance or easy public to historic centre. Nice, clean flat, good aircon. The owner a really nice and helpful guy. Will stay again.

Pros: We were on holiday as a family with two children and were very pleased, the apartment was clean and comfortable, the description on the website was true, there was everything we needed, a wonderful house with a beautiful courtyard and a good location, close to bus and tram stops, a market, shops and many restaurants, very pleasant and responsive hosts.

Pros: cosy, modern and comfortable flat, located within a walking distance from the main attractions of Rome and 15 minutes from the metro station (line B, Pyramide), good contact with the host. located just next to the local market with amazing food, close to Conad/Pewex supermarkets, numerous restaurants, gelaterias, caffees. safe neighbourhood. I do not agree with the comments that the flat was too bright-you can close the shutters which are outside the windows and that the water was cold-you just need to turn the gas tap. the equipment was according to the description, additionally there were some snacks and coffee left in the kitchen. the tap water is drinkable.
