Great apartment!

Pros: Amazing location, the apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Rome. It was very spacious and was very convenient having a washing machine.

Pros: Its a lovely apartment with a spacious terrace, and the hosts were responsive and thoughtful throughout. Plenty of coffee capsules, still and sparking water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, and the aircon already turned on so the apartment was nice and cool when I arrived. An early check-in was kindly arranged.

Cons: Not a problem for me, but the terrace is accessed by some quite steep stairs and a small door, so those people with reduced mobility would struggle with it.

Pros: Amazing. Best we have stayed in over 9 weeks in Italy. Great communication with the host. Easy check in. It was a heatwave and they had kindly turned the AC on ready for us. All the amenities you could need in decent amounts like enough coffee pods! Area was fantastic. Really came alive at night. Totally recommend!

Pros: Location was excellent, right in the heart of Trastevere. Hosts were wonderful, really friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace was a real pleasure.

Pros: Xystum is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Trastevere. It is a well equipped apartment, everything you need for a perfect holiday. Would not hesitate to return, in fact we have already booked for next year

Excellent location and apartment

Pros: Location right in the centre of Trastevere. Very well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean. Very good bed. Rooftop terrace is wonderful (even in February we made good use of it on a couple of sunny days). Communication with the owner before and during the stay via Booking.com was kind, swift and precise. Self check-in via phone. The owners were also very flexible on check-in time. Would definitely come back.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like - everything was just perfect. However, you should mind, that the stairs from street level to the apartment on the second floor could prove a difficulty for people with walking disabilities (and even more so the very steep staircase from the bedroom up to the rooftop terrace).

Pros: Die Größe, Ausstattung, das sehr bequeme Bett, die ruhige Lage war toll. Es war alles da was man braucht inkl. Wasser und Kaffee. Tolle Gastgeberin! Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen!

Cons: Der Zugang und Zustand der Dachterrasse. Die Wände und Decken könnten etwas neue Farbe vertragen. Das ist aber nur nebensächlich.

Pros: Lokalizacja, cicha sypialnia, dobrze wyposażony apartament, niczego nie brakuje. Dobry i miły kontakt z właścicielką.

Dolce vita, pasta, pizza, vino! Viva Roma

Pros: Emplacement idéal au cœur de Trestavere près des des restos et bars! Très près aussi du centre historique de Rome, nous avons marché vers toute les attractions Vatican, Colisée, etc. Il y avait un peu de bruit mais rien d’anormal puisque c’était un quartier festif! Notre hôte était super gentille et elle nous a fourni beaucoup d’informations sur la ville de Rome. L’appartement était très grand et les lits et divan-lit super-confo! Je le recommande fortement, un grand coup de coeur!
