Pros: Excellent position in Rome, close (4 mins) away from a Metro station (line A), Termini station 15 mins away. There is also a big supermarket just 3 minutes away. Apartment spacious, clean, with independent heating/air conditioning.

Cons: There is a slight noise as the apartment overlooks a road with heavy traffic (but being enough sound insulated, this did not bother me too much). TV set quite small. Non micowave.

All roads lead to Rome

Pros: The apartment had nearly everything you would need from a holiday home. Well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The host’s communication was good and the instructions were clear.

Cons: The AC was not working in the cooling mode, during our stay Rome was +37C, so the apartment was very warm as well. Luckily there were portable regular fans. The free WiFi unfortunately proved to be very slow, it was not usable. Old ironing board with many yellow stains, but it did its job.

Pros: Location is close to 24 market, bus station and 7 minutes from metro station. Very easy to get there from Ciampino airport. The host was nice. The bed was confortabile.

Cons: Very slow WiFi. Missing shower gel.

Big apartment in a less nice part of Rome

Pros: Apartment was much larger than I was expecting, property owner was lovely and very accommodating when I had issues with the key.

Cons: I found the key very hard to use because I had never seen one like it before (it was a large, older style of key). I got locked out and the owner came and helped me, very kind. It’s not a very nice area of Rome - but not the fault of the property. I felt safe inside of the apartment, just not in the streets as a solo female especially after dark.

Excellent apartment in a good location.

Pros: It was really good located, only 5 minutek from metro. The apartment was really big and comfortable. Everything what necessary was in this object.

Cons: The noise from the street.

Super friendly host and convenient location

Pros: Very friendly and responsive host. The location of this place is very convenient, close to the Metro and the train station for direct access to the FCO airport. Spacious room and well equipped kitchen, could do with a new frying pan, it doesn't cost much but will make a huge difference to the guests. There are 2 supermarkets just around the corner. And a nice little pizza shop just downstairs for takeaways, the owners are very friendly.

Cons: Wifi was down for 2 days, it wasn't the host's fault, but it was very inconvenient. I would've give 10/10 if it wasn't the Wifi issue.

Pros: The apartments are very spacial. It’s equipped with a heating system, has all that is needed for cooking (even a 24/7 supermarket across the road). The location is good too. it’s not the center, but metro is near and my favorite Italian piazza Re di Roma is in the vicinity.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Very nice apartment. Clean, there was everything we needed. Very good location and very good contact with the host. Highly recommended.

Cons: Just small comment but it does not affect my overall rate - it would be good to have microwave in the flat and a few more cups in the kitchen :)
