Authentic apartment in authentic neighbourhood

Pros: The check-in process was easy and fast — we were met in person, given the keys, and asked to pay the city tax (keep in mind that when booking, the system shows the amount not for all nights, so at check-in you end up paying more). From the photos it was hard to tell how cozy and neat the apartment would be, but it exceeded our expectations — it looked quite fresh, stylish, and clean, and the view from the window opens directly onto the square and the Santa Maria church, which is absolutely mesmerizing. The kitchen area is small but functional, the bed is wide and comfortable, and the apartment itself features stylish retro elements — small painted patterns on the ceiling, an old fireplace, vintage furniture. There is an elevator in the building! Which was a relief after a long day of walking.

Cons: This wasn’t a big issue for me, but it might be for someone else — Trastevere is quite a noisy neighborhood, and at night you can hear people out and about for quite a while. Also, the church tower is beautiful, but its bells ring every 15 minutes, even at night. The bathroom is functional, but you can see that it’s a bit worn and outdated.

Tis a charm indeed!

Pros: Certainly a charm & a wonderful view to one of the oldest churches. Centrally located amongst the epic street art of Trastevere and the bell tower gently guides you through the day when ringing. Food and culture all at your doorstep. We are avid runners so the early morning rise & navigation was so easy to run around Roma to see the sites. A wonderful stay. I will return at some stage. Julius was very helpful during our stay.

Cons: Missing a washing machine as we stayed 5 nights.

Pros: O nome descreve bem a acomodação . Um apartamento charmoso no coração de Trastevere , muito limpo e tem um elevador pequeno para as malas . o Júlio foi muito atencioso também conosco . Gostei muito e com certeza voltaria lá !
