Pros: A great apartment in the very atmospheric Trastevere. Placed among great restaurants and small shops and in walking distance to most of the sights of central Rome. Even though it’s full of people around dinnertime the atmosphere is still cozy and enjoyable. The apartment has all the necessities and is spacious compared to hotel rooms at similar prices. Gian was very informative about checking in and out and a pleasure to communicate with.

Cons: It is not a minus as such, but you must be prepared for some level of noize from the surroundings. Light sleepers may be bothered by sounds from nightlife and morning renovation, if the sleeping couch in the living room is used. In the bedroom, it is no problem. And really, it is to expected in a vibrant city like Rome.

Positive surprice 😃

Pros: Perfect location in Trastevere area. The house was so much better we thought. It was clean, very nice decorated with aircon. Our host Gian was super friendly and gave us very good instructions for the house and he was allways available for any kind of questions. When we come back to Rome some day this is the place to be. Thank you so much.

Cons: Trash cans are 5 minutes walking distanse away from apartment.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Pros: We stayed in this apartment in August as a family with two young teenagers, and it was perfect for us. The location is ideal, surrounded by a wonderful selection of restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, pizzerias, and gift shops, all within walking distance of Rome top attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent; both helpful and kind. We will definitely be coming back to Rome. Thank you!”

Excellent

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Trastevere but the bedroom was still quiet and peaceful during the night. Clean, modern and quite spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Perfect especially for couples. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The sofa bed was a bit squeaky and noisy but it wasn't a big problem.

Pros: Hermoso departamento en el corazón de Trastevere. Muy confortable, impecable y con todo lo necesario para una estadía de varios dias. Gian Lorenzo fue muy atento y amable con nosotras.

Krótki 4 dniowy pobyt i intensywne zwiedzanie. Lokalizacja obiektu świetna na taki pobyt.

Pros: Super miejscówka na pobyt w celu zwiedzania. Wszędzie można dojść na piechotę. Lokalizacja pełna wyjątkowych restauracji, młodych ludzi i zabawy.

Pros: Todo super bien. Muy recomendable, regresaremos seguramente. Gian Lorenzo gran anfitrión y el departamento excelente ubicación.

Pros: Tolle Wohnung im Herzen von Trastevere, zentral gelegen mit aller Ausstattung die man benötigt. Neu renoviert und sehr gut möbliert.
