Beautiful property in a great location

Pros: Location, amenities, great communication and follow up by host, information provided in the apartment, the modern comforts ( the rainwater shower is awesome) and cleanliness

Cons: Noise at night from the bar downstairs

Pros: Amazing location, helpful host /manager, great facilities. Will stay again and recommend to all

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Great location, super clean and great communication from the host! The apartment has everything you need and is very close to some great restaurants, cute shops and public transport. We had a lovely stay, would definitely come back.

Cons: The boiler was a little tricky to get the hang of, we had a couple of involuntary cold showers. The walls are quite thin, you can hear the neighbours talking (luckily they were pretty quiet).

Great apartment in an excellent location.

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location with amazing decor. The coffee machine was amazing.

Cons: The only issue we had was that the hot water would run out very quickly, not enough for two super quick showers. In the hosts defence, we didn’t raise this during our stay or give them a chance to rectify this. We also only had one key.

Beautifully appointed apartment

Pros: We liked the location and there were quite a few good places to eat close by. It had a washer, fridge, coffee machine, nice shower, and comfortable bed. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable as well.

Cons: When we arrived the internet for our apartment didnt work and the washing machine wouldn't dry because of an internal fault. To the owner's credit, he provided us with the password for another apartment that he owned below ours so we had internet in much of our apartment but not all. He also got the washing machine fixed within a day of our letting him know about the issue.

Great option in the heart of Trastevere!

Pros: This apartment had everything you could want including a kitchen with a small fridge, a nespresso machine with ample pods, and even a frother to make cappuccinos/lattes. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We arrived in Rome early in the morning and I had been in communication with Stefan so he was aware we wanted to get I. As soon as possible. He contacted me when the apartment was ready for us. In the meantime, we stored our luggage at a Stow Your Luggage around the corner. Great stay!

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter. Vermieter, super Organisation!

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Restaurantviertel. Wenn die Fenster zu sind, ist es leise, ansonsten bekommt man viel von der Umgebung mit. Die Unterkunft liegt super zum entdecken von Rom.

Cons: Einige Möbel sind bereits sehr wackelig durch den Gebrauch, ebenso ist die Ausstattung an Geschirr sehr gering. Zum Parken empfehlen wir aus eigener Erfahrung nicht, wie durch die Unterkunft angegeben, die freien Parkplätze in der Umgebung, sondern unbedingt ein bewachtes Parkhaus! Ansonsten kommt es schnell zu Einbrüchen in das Auto. Auch auf beleuchteten und belebten Straßen.

Pros: Heel propere kamer, mooi ingericht. alles wat je nodig had, was er!

Cons: Soms wat veel lawaai buiten, maar indien de ramen dicht zijn, veel minder lawaai.

Pros: Mooi appartement. Zeer goede locatie. Goed contact met de verhuurders. Zij waren zeer flexibel. Konden onze bagage laten staan en in de middag ophalen. Daarna pas sleutel inleveren.

Prima appartement op leuke en goede locatie

Pros: Bedden waren erg goed, appartement was schoon en netjes, prima locatie dicht bij openbaar vervoer.

Cons: Eettafel en krukjes waren een beetje wankel en ik miste wat zaken in de keuken (snijplank, broodmes).
