Casa Caffarella

Pros: Everything was excellent. The house is fully equipped. There is a bus stop 200 meters from the house that will take you to the Colosseum in 20 minutes.

Pros: The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect with 2 to 3 supermarkets nearby, even few restaurants, along with easy access to both metro and bus stations. It’s bright, spacious and equipped with everything you need and even has a lovely balcony view. I stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. I was warmly welcomed by the property owner’s brother, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. I would happily choose this property again and look forward to staying here in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful facility!

Pros: We were greeted by the very nice brother of the owner. There was no problem with late check-in. Nearby bus stop and metro, easy access to the center. Several shops in the area. Air conditioning in the facility is a plus. We even got a gift in the form of a mug. I rate the stay very good, we will definitely come back.

Excellent apartment

Pros: Spacious, bright, clean, new apartment with modern furnishings at a very good price. Convenient location, very close to the metro station (line A). Our host Riccardo was extremely responsive and attentive.

Couldn’t be better!

Pros: The apartment was amazing!!! Super clean and full with all comforts. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The neighborhood was also excellent, full with super markets, groceries, pharmacy and bakeries. There was also a small shopping mall (Decathlon in it;-) in walking distance. The metro station Colli Albani is very near (5 min walk) and the Historical Center is only 9 stations away (Piazza du Spagna) with the same line. Also the location of the appartment is excellent in regards to Ciampino Airport because you just need to take bus 520 from the airport, change in Cinecitta to metro and there you are!!!! If you are a family with small kids (like us) the appartment is excellent and Riccardo and his brother (the host) are more than polite and ready to help!!! Mille Grazie Riccardo for everything 🫶

Pros: C'était super bien passé notre séjour à Casa Caffarella, l'appartement est propre et bien équipé, le lit est très confortable. La résidence se situe dans un quartier très vivant où on peut tout acheter dans les coins, vraiment très sympa, je recommande!

Loved the residential neighborhood of Colli Albani

Pros: We loved the residential, homey feel of this neighborhood. It's the type of area where many residents know each other by name, look out for each other, and where small local shops are supported by their neighbors.

Cons: It's always a good idea for hosts to do a periodic kitchen inventory. Are the knives sharp enough? Am I providing all the utensils my guests are likely to need? There is always room for improvement in this area.

Pros: Appartement très bien équipé et au calme, le propriétaire était tres accueillant et arrangeant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons vivement.
