Quiet ans green retreat in Rome

Pros: Quiet, spacious and very furnished apartment right next to the park, with a lovely garden outside and in an elegant complex. The hosts left us water, coffee, juices, wine and snacks, and plenty of bathrobes. Easy to communicate with hosts. We will come back!

Cons: Minor point, but the quality (and quantity, for who sleeps with multiple) of bed pillows could be improved.

A beautiful apartment in a detached house on the edge of a UNESCO heritage park

Pros: A beautiful building on the edge of a huge UNESCO heritage park. Full of runners ( the Cafferrella parkrun start line is 5 mins walk) cyclists ( there is a bike rental in the park also 5 mins away) and walkers. Tube station on line A 10 mins walk away ( takes you direct to Spanish steps, termini, piazza del populo and Vatican. Loads of good shops and restaurants nearby. We managed to park our car nearby - not easy but we always managed to find spaces. Inside the apartment is very well thought out and fitted. Great lounge with L shaped sofa and large Samsung frame tv - mirroring worked well with my apple phone unlike most good hotels I stay at. Bedrooms are both big and the two wet room shower rooms are fitted out very well. We were left a bottle of wine, snacks, lots of fruit juice and bottled water plus dishwasher tablet and washing machine liquid amongst other things by the hosts. Thus they are not hosts who cut corners in terms of hospitality. A super location and super apartment

Cons: Like everywhere in Rome, finding a parking place can be a battle but our host did mention that we could rent a place in a local garage if we wanted to

Perfect!

Pros: Host - probably the first time that we had such an amazing host who helped with restaurant reservation, suggested best ride to the airport and simply checked asking whether everything was fine Excellent location - city center easily reachable by Metro or bus Apartment is equipped with everything one may need - in particular appreciate staple things available in the kitchen (coffee, oil, salt. spice, etc)

Cons: The only thing I would change - the cutting board (personally don't like plastic ones) but this is so minor when you're in Rome.... :)

Pros: The property is located in a very quiet area, next to a wonderful park, while being very close to the metro and buses, restaurants, shops. The owners are special people, to whom I thank once again for everything.

Amazing!

Pros: Beautiful, spacious apartment. Excellent contact with the hosts, nice and very helpful. If we come back to Rome it has to be this place!

Pros: The apartment has a convenient location, close to the metro station and food stores. The apartment is located in a quiet area, just behind the fence is a city park. The apartment is clean and modern decorated. The hosts were very nice and responded to our requests immediately.

Cons: I don't know what to write about because we liked everything.

Perfect Stay with Lovely Hosts

Pros: Orsola and Giuliano were lovely hosts, one of the best hosts we have met so far. On the day of arrival, they welcomed us with 2 plants and 2 bottles of wine as a gift. In addition, a pack of mineral water, cantuccinis and a few bottles of beer. They were always attentive in case we needed anything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to the metro station. There are several supermarkets nearby, just walking distance as well as nice cafes, bakery and other shops. We had a great stay and felt like home. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Rome. Thanks very much Orsola and Giuliano!

Perfect palce and kind service

Pros: Clean and big apartment. Nice location, close to restaurants, shops and metro station and only 15min. to the center. In addition, the owners are absolutely perfect. As far as communication is concerned, so are services.

Wonderful

Pros: Giulliano's home is simply the best kept secret of Rome. A lovely traditional Italian mansion, cleverly located away from the chaotic city centre and looking into the lovely Appia Antica Park. The city centre is easily reached by bus or subway, a few meters away, and there are a handful of restaurants and bars nearby. The traditional look of the house contrasts greatly with the new modern interiors, well decorated - even a fresco wall is uncovered for our delight. The house is also well equipped and Giulianno greets his guests with many amenities and a friendly smile. Definitely a place to return to.

Bellissimo appartamento adiacente al parco della Caffarella

Pros: Tutto! L’appartamento è situato in una bella palazzina ubicata in una zona tranquilla della città, adiacente al Parco della Caffarella. Nei pressi ci sono molti ristoranti, pizzerie e negozi, nonché la fermata della metropolitana da dove si può raggiungere i luoghi ed i siti più belli di Roma. Nell’alloggio ci sono due camere da letto una delle quali con bagno. Nel soggiorno è presente un divano di buone dimensioni e una grande TV. La cucina è fornita di tutto l’occorrente per la vacanza. Gli horst (Orsola e Giuliano) professionali, amichevoli e sempre disponibili, lasciano per gli ospiti una bottiglia di vino, acqua e bevande varie, nonché cialde per la macchina del caffè (ce ne hanno portate addirittura altre dopo che le avevamo terminate), the e snack. Pulizia eccellente. È stato proprio un bellissimo soggiorno! Esperienza da ripetere.. la consiglio!
