Soggiorno Top!

Pros: Appartamento appena ristrutturato e soprattutto pulitissimo che risulta collegato benissimo col centro di Roma (10 minuti di metro).Le camere sono confortevoli,il bagno è nuovo e dotato di molti accessori.Il quartiere è tranquillo e sotto casa sono presenti negozi e locali di ogni genere.Vi è la possibilità di parcheggiare presso un'autorimessa custodita privata a pagamento alla quale si accede dal cortile condominiale tramite una comoda passarella.I proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi.

Pros: La posizione e strategica, collegata bene con i mezzi pubblici e in una zona con servizi per qualsiasi esigenza(bar, farmacie, ristoranti, negozi). L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito e curato e l’host è stato molto gentile e attento e accomodante a qualsiasi richiesta. Soggiorno super!

A good location for visiting Rome!

Pros: The communication with the owener was excellent for the check-in and out. The apartment was as advertised, close to metro and very easy to access the central area (about 20-30 minutes); it had good sized bedrooms and was very clean; a lot of amenities were provided. There were air conditioners in every bedroom and a boiler in the bathroom. The owner was very helpful with information about the restaurants and shopping nearby the apartment. We had used the parking of the apartment block (20 euros per day) and used only the metro for accessing the historical sites. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend it !

Tutto assolutamente perfetto!

Pros: Appartamento dalla posizione comodissima per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Roma , a solo 150 metri dalla fermata metro Colli Albani.Zona tranquillissima , servita da moltissime attività(pasticcerie, supermercati,ristoranti ecc.) e con il parco della Caffarella praticamente sotto casa.L'appartamento è spazioso (due camere da letto),ristrutturato da poco , pulitissimo e dotato di tante comodità (ciabattine,ferro da stiro, nespresso , montalatte, aria condizionata ).Il vero valore aggiunto sono i proprietari ,persone squisite,disponibili e pronte a fornire buoni consigli su come muoversi in città e su ristoranti tipici.

Určitě bychom se ubytovali znovu.

Pros: Velmi hezké a čisté ubytování. Pokoj jsme měli ve druhém patře a cestovali s dítětem. Pro některé to může být překážka, my to zvládli s kočárem i do druhého patra 😊. Snídaně byly dostačující a výborné. Skvělý personál. Majitel nám ve všem vyhověl i poradil.

Cons: Nic mě nenapadá, co bych mohla majiteli tohoto apartmánu vytknout. 😊
