Functional, comfortable, and close to both the Metro and nature

Pros: The apartment is functional and comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Rome. We loved the huge park nearby and the easy access to the city center via the Metro.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from the neighbors

Pros: The accomodation was very clean, nice smelling and cosy. The bedroom is very spatious and the kitchen is top! We have everything we needed for our stay. Also the neighbourhood is lovely, there are many coffee shops and restaurants where you can enjoy a drink, coffee or some pizza. Definitely coming back here!

Pros: The owner has quickly reacted on the messages, very clean, (almost) everything needed in place, good quiet location. The AC was working

Cons: The biggest problem was that the hot water was not working (there is gas boiler in the bathroom), but the owner reacted quickly and fixed next morning. Another small thing: missing normal kitchen knife. Also there was only one double bed, even though in registration it was written one double and single.

Nice apartment with selfcheckin

Pros: Nice selfcheckin and host was reachable immediately. Nice apartment and very clean. The kitchen has utensils so you can cook if you want.

Cons: There was no air-conditioning in the apartment, so it was a bit hot in the room during our stay.

Pros: It was amazing. The apartment was incredibly clean and well equiped. We literally had an ancient park just around the corner, and a metro station close by. Our host was very very helpful and caring. If you want to spend some quality vacations in Rome, we really recommend that place 😁

Pros: The location in terms of public transport was good. The apartment was quite large and clean with the necessary facilities. The owner was friendly and communicable.

Cons: 1. At the time that we lived it was cold during the night time and as long as the central heating was turned off, it would be good to have some extra heating facilities. Unfortunately, there wasn't any. But provided additional blankets compensated partially. 2. The boiler for hot water was not functioning properly. I had to reset it several times. 3. Would be nice to have some instructions (stove usage, boiler reset etc.)

Udany pobyt

Pros: Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, mieszkanie wygodne i czyste. Automatyczny system otwierania drzwi odbył się bez problemu i jest bardzo wygodny. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica.

Cons: Poduszki nieco za twarde, woda w prysznicu jest letnia, słaba regulacja strumienia wody w prysznicu. Poza tymi drobnostkami wszystko super.

Pros: Appartement très bien rénové et confortable. A 5 minutes à pied du métro. Nous avons pu stationner dans la rue gratuitement durant 4 jours Une fontaine d'eau de source naturelle ou pétillante proximité

Cons: Manque de matériel pour long séjour, grill pain, machine à laver le linge..
