Pros: Fantastic location, cute apartment, friendly staff, perfectly equipped, lovely terrace

Cons: all perfect

Perfect location perfect property will come back again.

Pros: Perfect location. Very central. 30 minutes walk to all the tourist spots or 5- min walk to the bus stop. There is a couple of restaurants beside the property where you can get decent meals three times a day.

Cons: There is a spiral staircase, which might not be for everyone if you struggle to go up and down the stairs. We didn’t have any problem with it.

Lovely property close to all Rome has to offer.

Pros: The whole experience was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. The lovely balcony was a treat and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Rome. 10 mins walk to the forum, 15 mins to coliseum. A great little cafe bar round the corner with lovely pastries for breakfast. The welcome prosseco and the lovely little touches were well received. The owner contacted us and was very welcoming.

Cons: Nothing!

Great location with excellent facilities, especially the air con for hot evenings!

Pros: Excellent location, with some good local restaurants nearby and many of the major historic attractions of the city. We particularly enjoyed the view of the Palatine Hill from the terrace. We appreciated the air conditioning which kept us cool at night, with the unit on the mezzanine being quiet enough to keep on while sleeping. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived.

Cons: We expected there to be an oven in the kitchen, but it had been boarded over. It would be useful to have a functioning oven for guests to cook things if necessary/preferred, but on the bright side it encouraged us to eat out every evening; more expensive but also more memorable!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this duplex apartment in Rome. The space itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The amenities were excellent. Everything was clean, modern with an authentic character, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was convenient, allowing us to enjoy the city with ease. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Cons: Nothing! All perfect.

Charming Roman apartment close to the Colosseum.

Pros: This apartment was absolutely charming. Walking through the cobblestone street to find a beautiful door to the entrance of the building was one of the highlights of our experience in the Rome. This apartment is located in a quieter area which was lovely as we didn’t want to be in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. With that being said, the Colosseum and Roman Forum were walking distance and other tourist attractions are a short drive or bus ride. The apartment itself gives you an authentic Roman experience with loads of character. The apartment has a beautiful rooftop terrace which was perfect to enjoy our morning coffee. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and bottle of wine.

Cons: The floors downstairs were a bit dirty however slippers were provided which was appreciated. This may be due to the older style of flooring which gave the apartment character.

Pros: Fue increíble, la casa es un oasis en Roma. La terraza, las vistas, la decoración. Me encantó, era como estar en un lugar de campo en medio de la ciudad. El trato por parte de la agencia que lo gestiona genial.

Cons: Solo recomendaría poner un salero en la cocina. Creo que es algo barato pero necesario a la hora de cocinar. Nosotros lo compramos sin problema. Pero creo que sería un detalle para próximas visitas.

Rom direkt und unkompliziert vor der Haustüre spüren.

Pros: Grandiose Unterkunft. Wir waren zu zweit hier und es gab in besonderer Ausstattung alles was wir brauchten. Die Lage für uns richtig gut. Fussläufig konnten wir Rom direkt vor der Tür einatmen. Die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter waren schnell, entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. Kann ich zu 200% weiter empfehlen 🙌🏼🙌🏼😁
