Pros: Excellent location, a very pleasant and responsive apartment host, cozy place.

Cons: The bed linens may need to be replaced.

Pros: Tranquil location and feeling of being in real Rome as opposed to a sanitised hotel.

Cons: It smelt of cigarette smoke. When we left after 5 nights even clothes we hadn't worn picked up a faint stale smoke aroma. But for this I would have rated it 'exceptional'.

Amazing Apartment

Pros: The location is spectacular, just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum and from other tourist spots. The owner was really accommodating and friendly. He even organized our taxi to the airport. We felt that we were just in our home. 😊 The área of the apartment is with a quiet neighborhood so you can really rest well. It has a complete households appliances.

Excellent location, great host

Pros: Maurizio was a great host, very welcoming and attentive. The apartment is located in an excellent area for anyone interested in the Roman ruins. It is a gated community and felt very safe. The apartment itself is a bit small, but has a lovely patio in the back and the AC works very well.

A dream stay in Rome.

Pros: A beautiful, unique, secluded place where, after a day's Roman peregrinations, one could relax amidst greenery and birdsong. A small but very practically furnished 2-level flat in a great location, from which the vast majority of Rome's points of interest can be reached on foot. Maurizio is the good spirit of the place, friendly, welcoming, rushing to help in any need. We are delighted and thank you for our stay at Forum Apartment.
