Pros: Seamless check in experience, room was very clean, spacious and well maintained.

Cons: Location was a little further from Trastevere centre than we expected, sofa bed was a little uncomfortable

Pros: Great place, lot of space, everything that you need (towels, tea, coffee...), very good location. Good communication with the staff who answered quickly and efficiently ! Definitly recommand it ! We enjoyed our stay a lot

Pros: Over all we enjoyed the place great apartment,. Loundry, storage room , location was very good with public transport to centre not far . Table full of free food and drinks at the reception area was great but 1 day only

Cons: No toilet in the main reception area. We stayed 5 days but only seen the stuff at reception area 2 days only..

Could be better

Pros: The location, facilities were great, enjoyed my stay!

Cons: Unfortunately the walls are really thin so you can hear everything, we had a couple nights where we could hear our neighbours having sex, if you’re a light sleeper I probably wouldn’t recommend, we could genuinely hear everything very clearly. Also the heating was on 24/7 so it was always really hot.

Cozy and clean

Pros: During our first night at the apartment there was a short circuit and a power black out because of a cool machine in the room. we called the emergency number and the employee who answered at 2 in the morning was super helpful, she immediately change us room and took care of the situation . Very professional attitude and action

Cons: Because of the black out our phone chargers that happened to be in the sockets at the moment burned out.we mentioned that but there was not any reaction.

Pros: Second stay at Numa Rome. Really great for the value with a big room. You also have a kitchen available if you want to cook which is great.

Convenient, clean, modern. I recommend if you want to be in this area.

Pros: Spacious. Area suited me as it’s my fifth time in room. Very clean. Self service worked smoothly and customer service were responsive.

Cons: Having to remember to book/pay for additional cleaning is a bit annoying (price is fine but the admin is annoying). Very strange vibe in the lobby with people using it as an office/co-working space. Kind of off-putting if you wanted to chill there. 11am checkout is too early as late check out was sold out. That might put me off booking again.
