Pros: Great location. Clear instructions. Everything cozy and clean. Easy check-in. Well equipped - expcept kitchen accessories.

Cons: Way not enough kitchen tools to prepare even the simplest dishes (for example there is only one spoon).

Pros: Great location, you have everything around you, easy to access and the communication is excellent from the management. Comfy bed, ultra large TV and powerful WiFi if you need to work. Very clean. Highly recommended. Great price too

Pros: Everything, the vibe of the house. Very simple and very cozy. Well located too. We actually fell in love with the place that we had to book another night!!

Pros: Location outstanding and very accessible by public transport - nice walk also across the Tiber. The electronic key is super. Nice comfy bed and monster tv - super accommodation.

Cons: Surprisingly there is no microwave, which would have been nice. It is also stated in the booking.com specifications that there is a washing machine which there is not. This impacted me,significantly as I was there for 12 nights and I had to make other arrangements, which was problematic.

Very good Appartment for 2 even 3 people in Trasvestere

Pros: all very clean and nice. even some bottles of champagne and Red wine for free use. Everything else is also super the shower is hot and shampoo, and conditioner is always there, very nice equipped kitchen, even an iron is there. Very good price value ratio. Fast reaction from Owner.

Cons: The Appartment is on a road, and a bit noisy from 7 am on but the night is ok very few traffic.

Quite, central and modern room in Rome

Pros: It was very well located in the heart of Trastevere, easy check in and the room was cleaned, modern and spacious. The windows protect the noise from outside so we slept very well.

Cons: Check in was smooth and easy but it is totally online, you are directed to a website where you can switch 3 different bottoms that refers to 3 different doors (building door, B&B door, room door). They work fine (impressive!) but what if you can’t have access to your phone or internet? The last 2 doors have also a code that you can use as key but not the first door!

Pros: El alojamiento está en un sitio genial, una zona muy tranquila y con buenos restaurantes cerca. La habitación es muy cómoda y amplia, me encantó

Pros: Generalnie są to pokoje na wynajem (nie ma recepcji i i nie ma się do czynienia z personelem). Wszystkie drzwi otwierane są z telefonu i działa to znakomicie ale trzeba mieć naładowany telefon bo się nie wejdzie. Jest czysto, telewizor z Netflixem, czajnik i suszarka do włosów. Ogrzewanie/chłodzenie klimatyzacją, co jest dobe i złe jednocześnie bo jak są grzejniki to można ubrania podsuszyć :) Okolica spokojna, dużo restauracji. Dość daleko do metra ale za to przystanej autobusowy 5 minut.

Pros: Accogliente, pulita e molto bella per quanto riguarda l’arredamento. Strategico per la posizione, comodo con mezzi o a piedi per arrivare in centro.

Cons: Purtroppo nel bagno abbiamo trovato la tavola del wc rotta e contattando la struttura, non ci hanno proprio risposto.

OTTIMO!

Pros: Zona tranquilla, ottima per la macchina elettrica avendo una colonnina vicino. Stanza pulita e be. Fornita di tutti i confort.

Cons: Unica cosa lavandino bagno molto piccolo per qiestioni di spazio.
