It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great

Pros: Good sized room, well equipped once we got our tea making facilities. Beautifully clean. The breakfast was really great. Good parking facilities, although that was pricey.

Cons: It was a fair walk to the train and metro stations. Fine for us, but important people know. Walls seemed quite thin - we heard a lot of banging and crashing around from adjoining rooms. It just wasn't quite what you expect for a 4*hotel

Very good stay we might stay again in the future.

Pros: All was good, very welcoming staff location is not bad just few bus stops to the Train station/metro Station. Family room was spacious and comfortable, very clean. Across the road there is a small supermarket and a place to eat or have breakfast with very value for money

Cons: The room is pretty dark as fixed shades filter off much of the light, complementary water should be a good idea.

Welcoming hotel with friendly staff and good facilities located near to main transport routes across the city

Pros: The hotel staff were really excellent - reception staff super friendly and helpful. Room was regularly made up and everything was clean. The location worked very well for me - and is a short walk from one of the main bus and train stations making it very easy to travel across the city.

Cons: I appreciated gluten free options for the breakfast but would have liked gf bread to toast rather than crackers - a personal preference. I noticed that over the weekend larger tour groups used the hotel and found some of the guests to be quite noisy - but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Cons: Could not change AC temp. However, it was comfortable
