Fabulous Location

Pros: Everything. The location is superb, restaurants and bars everywhere, Metro around the corner as well as the Colloseum. Staff so lovely, helpful and friendly. Baggage storage facility. So clean in the room and ensuite. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to this beautiful city

Two star hotel with a five star service

Pros: We were very positively surprised. The amenities and facilities are limited, but the customer service and cleaning is better than in many five star hotels I've been to. The bathroom was spotless which is a rare sight in any hotel. They run the operation with passion. Perfect location for sightseeing as everything is a quick walk away. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary items, many which you don't expect in a two star hotel. It was also a plus that we never had to wait like in big hotels, especially nice after long flights. Truly enjoyable stay and a strong recommendation.

Cons: When we asked for an earlier check-in, the reply could have had a friendlier tone. Perhaps it's a language barrier thing that for a foreigner the replies come off as harsh at times.
